Seems like the prevailing pitch. First session we were left in a room to watch a 10 minute video advertising the shoe inserts. Wright refers to himself in these reviews as CEO, he wears the inserts and hocks the wares saying he has no interest or stake in it. Why mention that? I said I just want to undergo the chiropractic care for my son. He said I can just put the cost on my credit card, as if cost is what's holding me back from buying these shoe inserts. Presumptuous and inaccurate. My son did see some improvement from additional advising on hydration and diet but to see a chiropractor you will want to see one who does actual adjusting and chiropractic work instead of just the name on the sign. Front desk lady is very nice but another woman in the office was very untoward and off-putting I had to say something to weight. He dismissed it and said that's just how she is. Good to know. Not recommending this place to anyone.

The chiropractor is extremely thorough, takes the time to explain everything he sees, and properly warms up your body before each adjustment. I also decided to try their massage package and had the pleasure of working with Sarah, their musculoskeletal massage therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, explaining what she's working on and why while helping you better understand and improve your body. I've had such a great experience here and recommend Anaheim Wellness Center to everyone I can. Definitely a 10/10!

They should have accepted the PPO rates as full payment. If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. If you must go ask for a receipt after each appointment. I regret not being firm on that. Women- I'm not sure if the short Hispanic male massage person is still there, ask for a female massage person. The billing has been horrible, it's not clear - payments were not all applied on the billing statement and I was questioned on a $1k payment until I provided proof of the check cashed. Keep your receipts. I'm on the petite side, I felt the pressure was too much from the treatment therefore I didn't get the adjustment on every appointment. I've been to other chiropractors where it was great so this was disappointing. :/

It was my lucky day! I went with Dr. Lopez since I saw more of her pictures on Yelp. She was suppose to go to a conference that day but ended it early and was accepting only a few walk ins that day. I told her my issues with the prior chiropractor and she was definitely " CHALLENGE ACCEPTED" I was having some issues with my neck and back from the airplane flights and she was able to relieve me from the discomfort. She is a bit aggressive but my body needs that. She was able to crack me all in one pass unlike the other chiropractor. She was able to show me some stretches and giving me pointers. One of my favorites is a bed that rolls and massages your back. It has various degrees of intensity. Doctor Luke Mattison is who I am with now. He is amazing. He has opinions, but all of them are formed from the practical experience he has had (most of which, even if I don't agree with, make complete sense). "That's for the other doctor. He's only here Mon / Weds / Fri." I pulled out paperwork from my attorney. Her demeanor suddenly changed. "We might be able to see you tomorrow morning." "So the only reason I might see the doctor tomorrow is because I mentioned my attorney?" The receptionist started stammering and mumbled incoherently. I tried to give this place a chance.
