In the past, every doctor-patient interaction has been robotic and it was such a relief to escape from that monotony. My doctors were very kind souls and helped me plenty. I was told my health results and given accurate and understandable advice. Duly also has an app where all my files are saved and I can view my test results at any time which I think is awesome. The app also has a feature that lets me talk to my doctors. Also, whenever i go out to events, it's sort of a funny coincidence that Duly sponsors so many of them. I love their helpful services and their community support. Thanks, Duly.

The worst ever. Staff and doctors do not respect patients time. I visited more than 6 times, and…read moreeach time, the wait was more than 1/2 hour. Sure the office and waiting room are beautiful, but that is it. Even worse, was the glaucoma "specialist", Dr Joshi, couldn't remember me from one visit to the next and constantly gave me bad information until I corrected her. After I was promised no wait, and waited 30 minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I received my chart, it was full of BAD information. There were illnesses I never had listed in history. The unforgivable is that I was diagnosed as having Glaucoma in December 2011. I received many tests, took eye drops nightly and even had a laser surgery. I met my new dr today. I do not have glaucoma.

When I got to the office, they took me in and did a field of vision and they did an eye exam and then they were confused because the appointment didn't show me meeting with Dr. Wohl. She managed to find time but was kind of short with me and really did very little to address what I was there for. She advised me to use some over-the-counter eyedrop when I already had a prescription from her for a special specialty eyedrop that I had to pick up at Mark Drugs and pay $90 for. She didn't even mention that and just left the room so I'm paying $90 for a special eyedrop and not working now. I am trying to get an appointment and you can't reach her office. They have to go through central scheduling and they have no help and can't give you any Appointment that will get you in to see the doctor in a reasonable amount of time to help me. It wasn't this way when I started seeing her so it is disappointing that now she is so I don't know successful that she doesn't have to address the patient with their problems.

I've been seeing Dr. Ros off and on for over 10 years. He's a wonderful doctor, very thorough and…read morevery down-to-earth. His diagnosis have been consistently complete and accurate over the years. And he tells you the truth in a very compassionate way. I have Stage IV cancer and the meds I take are accelerating cataract progression. Dr. Ros diagnosed the problem some time ago and has been monitoring the changes. He recently scheduled the cataract removal surgery. He told me that cataracts are the one disease I'm experiencing that medical science can cure 100%. I love that, especially since Stage IV cancer is not considered curable. Dr. Ros knew exactly what I needed to hear to put me at ease about the surgery and he took the time to talk about it. His kindness is not limited to his patients. I've come into his office several times to find that his receptionist had her child there with her because her sitter let her down. Not many bosses would allow their employee to bring their child to work even in an emergency. He even set up an area where the little one could play with various toys he had in the office. When he came into the reception area between patients, he'd toss the toddler in the air to make her laugh. So not only is he a great doctor but he's a great human being as well.

The nurse who did my exam was kind, and informative! I always love when I go to the doctor's and learn something new - it makes me feel empowered and in control of my health. Dr. Raichand gave me a thorough exam, was kind, gentle, and friendly. We collaborated together on the plan of action, which struck me as a wonderful approach to patient care. I felt like my concerns were truly heard, and Dr. Raichand took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood each step of the way. When I mentioned I had been googling and using other sources to "diagnose myself" he didn't bat an eye, and pulled out a visual aid to show me exactly what was going on with my eyes, and why my google diagnoses was not accurate. This collaborative approach left me feeling confident and reassured about my treatment plan. He collaborated with me on medications, making sure my insurance and price point were taken into account, and explained exactly how to use the medication, asking me if I needed additional information. Bathrooms located on the floor were absolutely pristine in cleanliness... Overall, the experience was seamless and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Raichand and their team for anyone looking for compassionate and thorough care. I woke up today two days after medication and my eyes are back to healthy! I couldn't be happier, I am so glad I booked!!!!

I took my 76 year old mom for her quarterly glaucoma appointment to Dr. Chow and was unfortunately…read morevery disappointed. He cut her off multiple times when she was speaking and was too curt when speaking himself, to the point of unpleasantry. We were willing to look passed that if he was a good doctor. But he said he needed to perform "many" tests to know what he was dealing with, and they would not be covered under Medicare. He said he would only charge us $40 for the $100 retinal scan. I was appalled as I had that scan done a month ago on my own eyes at America's Best for only $20, no insurance involved. He also charged $39 for a refraction, which is the part where they test your vision. No other quarterly visit to the other ophthalmologists included a refraction. When we asked for the prescription, which comes from the refraction so she can use it to order glasses, he said there wasn't one. Again, I was not pleased. Every time I've ever had a refraction done, I've received a print out with the prescription. He dilated my mom's eyes before telling us about the additional two $40 tests. When we questioned the charges, he said if we didn't do the tests, then my mom could not be his patient. I don't disagree with "my way or the Highway" itself. I get that it's his practice, his liability. But I would have much appreciated discussing the costs before making her get her eyes dilated. To add insult to that, he did not offer eye wear to her for the dilated eyes. Luckily it was cloudy out, and she was ok. He also told her her eye pressure was very high. She goes to the ophthalmologist quarterly. It would be very unlikely due her pressure to jump across one visit. I don't trust that. She said her pressure has not been that high since her 20's. Something is not right there. He also knows the "many" tests ARE covered fully under Medicare if done on separate dates. He refused to schedule separate appointments. His way or no way. I'm not against "do it now for ease," but I am annoyed by it. My mom shared that other eye doctors did spread tests out across multiple visits. So the tests themselves made sense, but the approach was vastly inconsiderate to the patient. He went from curt to rude. When I asked his front desk gal about the costs to try to understand why this experience was so different from our other experiences, and where does this partial experience with them leave me as I am responsible for taking my mom to her needed medical appointments and this one did not pan out, he shooshed her to tell her to stop talking to me. If you go to see him, don't just trust with a blind eye what he says. Use your own judgement. We will definitely not be going back. And I'm left to apologize to my mom for the horrible experience. She's too old to have to deal with this crap. Opthamologist
