After my consult with Dr. Davidson, it was the tipping point for me to make a decision to move forward and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Davidson took quite a bit of time to evaluate me, explain the various options available and also used software and digital photos to show me what my outcome could look like based on my goals and options. His entire staff from my initial phone call, the consult, the procedure itself and follow-ups have been flawless. Post surgery when I had questions that popped up, I would email Dr. D and send a photo of what I was concerned about and he responded almost instantaneously even on weekends. The atmosphere is extremely professional and efficient but at the same time each and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and personable. I've since been back for other services even though there are options closer to home. Highly recommended! Tips: GPS programming make sure you use Wellesley "Hills" and not just Wellesley Parking lot is confusing to get to. Enter from the side street and ignore what looks like barriers to the driveway to get to it.

From the very first moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every single member of the team made me feel at ease, supported, and valued--through every pre-op, post-op, many phone calls with questions, and today's follow-up appointments. The office itself is pristine--clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calm and positive energy that instantly puts you at ease. But what really sets this practice apart is the people. The patient care team (from the amazing nurses to the friendly faces at the front desk--who greet me by name with a big smile every time) are simply phenomenal. They are kind, compassionate, and truly invested in your well-being. And then there's Dr. Davidson. He is incredible--kind, confident, and truly gifted. During my consultation, I came in with a long list of questions, and he had already answered every single one before I even had to ask. His bedside manner is unmatched--he exudes warmth, professionalism, and a calm confidence that instantly builds trust. I knew I was in the best hands. This entire process was seamless, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better results. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Davidson and his team--I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 doesn't even begin to cover it!

They said I didn't follow post op procedures, which is not true. One arm looks great, the other awful. I cut a slit in the bottom of my arm garment, well below my elbow, where it was so tight around my lower arm muscle that my hands were going numb. They tried to tell me that was the reason my whole upper arm is messed up, even though the other arm is fine. They tried to convince me my messed up arm was actually fine and I must have body dysmorphia to think it is't. Only after I presented them with another Drs review of the work (which also confirmed it wasn't my fault) would they consider fixing it. She then did a fat transfer, but the tissue in my arm seems to be still so damaged from the liposuction (a year and a half later), that the fat transfer didn't take. I still have one liposuction wound that won't heal, a year and a half later, it still is scabbed. The other wound is deeply scarred on that arm, although the okay arm healed right away and the scars disappeared. Of course the office says I must have some kind of picking disorder. Everything, my fault. Of course when the office was selling the procedure they said they would laser any scars, which they didn't follow-through on. Now when I write them, telling them the fat procedure didn't take, for 3 weeks now I've been writing and sending photos, and I've been ghosted, no one writes me back. You may think that I must have gotten rude, but I tried to always be kind, I just wanted them to help and tell me what to expect with my healing and what was normal and what wasn't. If you ask AI what is wrong with my arm, it says, ask your Dr. Well, mine won't talk to me after a fat transfer for a liposuction procedure she botched, so what do I do? See another Dr? But Dr. Chung has $10,000 of my money, won't help me, won't talk to me and won't refund me so that I can get help from someone else. She has done both physical and deep psychological damage.

I went to Dr. Fattore as an angry college student. The year was 2005, and I had had enough. I was…read moregoing to fight my insurance company for the breast reduction I desperately needed. I had exactly one year to make it happen - then I would be kicked off my parents' insurance plan. I met with Dr. Fattore and he was immediately receptive to my ideas. He didn't seem judgmental or dismissive or anything of that nature. He discussed the procedure, allayed my mother's fears and gave me a rundown of the risks. He took my "before" pictures and essentially said, "let's do this." This review is a paean to the entire office. Especially his secretary, Cindy (I hope she's still with him). Let me tell you something, readers -- this entire office worked relentlessly to get my insurance company to cover my surgery. They bent over backwards. They sent Polaroids by mail to the company because they wouldn't accept digital photos. They spent hours on the phone. For months. Not just a couple of weeks or something like that. MONTHS. We were in such close contact that Cindy could actually recognize both my voice and my mother's voice when we called. Just before winter vacation, the insurance company approved my surgery. I was scheduled for surgery maybe a week and a half after the approval. Tops. I checked into Norwood hospital. I was a bit nervous while being prepped for surgery. He let me know that he was going to use his best judgment regarding my comfort as well as aesthetics. I'd like to say I was wheeled into surgery feeling incredibly confident and happy, but I don't actually remember anything after that point because of the sedative. I checked out the next morning (okay, it was Norwood Hospital, so early afternoon) with my new boobs and a permanent grin slapped on my face (the latter free of charge, well, the copay for the painkillers probably helped with maintenance). Insurance covered everything except the deductible. Follow-ups were great. The entire office was just so happy for me and I was so satisfied with the results. The worst office visit I ever had was to remove my drains, and that was only because it felt really freaking weird. They have a reflector thing stuck to the ceiling above the chair, so you have something to look at when they advise you to look away (supposedly it wasn't intentional - it was just there when they moved in). And his office was great - really warm and inviting. His assistant was great at distracting me, especially when I had some drainage problems and they had to suction some stuff out (when they say "don't look" it's because they're going to stick you with a ridiculously long needle). It wasn't nearly as bad as it sounds, and nothing at the follow-up visits ever hurt. And they were super helpful over the phone as well. I went back to my apartment in Boston a week after surgery, so they fielded a couple of "I can't come into the office, but is it okay that my nipple looks orange?" "Yes, Erin. It's probably just a scab. You don't have to freak out." Yeah, it was a scab. One of the best things Cindy suggested to me was to use maxi pads instead of gauze during the healing process and she was so incredibly right. I saved money and I didn't have to tape things to my bra. It's been two years since my surgery (January of 2006), and I am still overjoyed with the results. My clothes fit; I feel confident, and best of all - no back pain! I still have scars, and I know I'll always have them, but they don't bother me at all. My shape is great and I'm finally in proportion to the rest of my body. "Satisfied" doesn't even begin to cover it. Setting foot in Dr. Fattore's office was the best decision I've ever made. (If you're interested in getting breast reduction surgery for medical need, feel free to contact me. I'll give you as much advice as I possibly can)

I went with a female doctor to avoid males seeing my breasts at (a very insecure re : birth defect at 17 years old. ) We had multiple meetings before we went into surgery at the hospital. I was informed only once we were at the hospital that there were multiple medical students there to observe my surgery. I was not offered this as an option or something I could say no to, ( which after researching, I can) but rather my surgery is happening and it's like this or not- it goes forward or it doesnt since the students have ventured all the way the hospital which I wasn't informed of. I was not given a clear "no" option and I was already in my hospital gown and hooked up to an IV when asked- meaning if I backed out now, it'll cost me $$$$. So not only did I not feel comfortable in giving a no, but it was not presented to me as an option without paying $$ for her lack of consideration v, and resulted in the exact situation I paid thousands to avoid. not only did my surgery NOT HOLD UP more than a year later, but when the lift relied more on post-surgery swelling than results, a stitch popped. Leaving my nipple permanently disfigured like a pizza without a slice. Something she never addressed or fixed on the check up, but another doctor did. He was very confused on her methods and results. He even called in young associates to take a look at my botched job. also, Hein gave me a lesser stitch than what was promised for surgery, and that lesser stitch has affected how I have healed. I was promised an anchor scar when I went into surgery, but I was left with the lollipop scar, which i feel was to impress spectators. (students) re her ability bc it was not agreed upon, and did not hold up overtime. My breasts reverted to their original state immediately after swelling. My only options now are more surgery to correct this with implants which I do not want and am incredibly uncomfortable with, or taking both of my boobs straight off my chest. with more corrective surgery, doctors told me , the way she handled my nipples, there's a high chance they'll go NECROTIC. To a different doctor, I wouldn't be in this situation and out $8000+ for it. But now I have a dilemma which will affect me the REST OF MY LIFE when all I wanted was to feel comfortable in my own skin. I left feeling violated by being watched by the very strangers I was trying to avoid and offered no out for, and also feeling trapped and like I wasted money by paying for more insecurity and observation. All i wanted was to be able to feel comfortable in my breasts without a man there to make me uncomfortable. But i am now permanently scarred and nerve damaged while I already have life-dictating levels of anxiety and self consciousness that affect my ability to be both platonically social and have romantic relationships. My other plastic surgeon was so confused on her methods he requested surgery notes to see if she f***** up more than she was admitting to me because he saw visual damage in my breasts from surgery. I can't believe I spent all this money to continue to feel insecure and hate my body and breasts. I can't be naked with sexual partners. I can't even look at them in the mirror. It upsets me so much. I've waited years to get feeling back and I have none and it's scary. I might not be able to breastfeed. I regret Hein so much and will for the rest of my life. I will never get my nerves or dignity back. Please do not get surgery from Hein- you will never be comfortable with yourself or partners again. My scars look like bear mauls. She will ruin your confidence.
