I only learned the truth by checking our insurance portal myself. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Stephanie stopped responding entirely. After twelve months of delays, silence, and no results, we politely requested a partial (50%) refund. There has been no response whatsoever. Charging patients hundreds of dollars, failing to communicate insurance outcomes, and then ignoring all follow-up attempts is deeply unprofessional.
