I saw three neurologists, a pain management specialist, had Radio-frequency ablation which only made it worse, tried different types of pain medication and went to a physical therapist. Nothing worked. I was at my wits end. A friend recommended Frank. After 2 treatments I started feeling better. After 4 more I no longer had any pain! I was pain free for 13 months and felt wonderful... Early this fall the headaches returned. I had other health issues that may have caused the headaches to return. I visited Frank again and Voila! After 5 treatments the headaches are gone! I have to say, "It's amazing!" I highly recommend Frank. He's kind, considerate, down to earth and is wonderful about explaining the how's and why's of the practice of acupuncture. I plan to set up a maintenance program with him. When you enter the office you are greeted by Angela. She is warm, friendly and I consider her to be my friend. She has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at home!

I went to a physical therapist, and she said "the Achilles is a funny thing. Sometimes you just don't recover". I wasn't going to take that for an answer. Enter Dr. Frank Grill and his able receptionist Angela. Through the magic of acupuncture, friendliness and a solid advice on wellness I eliminated my pain and regained my strength and mobility. I have since gone back for other injuries in my shoulder and arm with similarly positive results. Thanks, Angela and Dr. Grill!

NOTE: Please note that dates for positive reviews are from years past!…read more Just stay away. I would give zero stars if I could. If Peter ever was compassionate, that was before his current burnout. I contacted Peter to begin acupuncture during my third IVF cycle (for male factor). I ignored a few red flags during my early appointments and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I understood he wanted me to give him four months to work with me before my next cycle. However, after consulting two of the top REs in both Chicago and NY (Dr. Catenacci at AFCC Chicago and Dr. Irani at Cornell NY) I made the decision that I would move forward with a cycle in November. While I understood he would be disappointed, I expected him to be professional. I took the time to explain to Peter that in addition to the expert medical opinions I received encouraging me to move forward in November, there were a number of other factors (both personal and financial) that made this timing right for me. Instead, Peter became extremely enraged and aggressive. He informed me that if I moved forward with an IVF cycle in November, I would be unlikely to become pregnant. And accordingly to Peter, if I did, it would not result in a live birth. Then, he went on to share with me the story of a 43 y/o IVF patient of his he saw that day. He shared that he encouraged her to take time off before her next cycle, but she did not (as if 43 y/os have a ton of time..). She then became pregnant with twins. He said he then did not see her for 6 weeks. She then lost the twins at 10 weeks. He blamed her loss on her not keeping up with acupuncture. My reason for seeking acupuncture is in large part stress reduction. I don't need an acupuncturist scaring me to death. While I expect an opinion and advice, he was not professional or compassionate. I will be looking elsewhere.

He listens and adjusts his treatments to help find the solution to the issue I have going on. He has helped me immensely. I am in peri menopause, and he is helping me keep my sanity as I transition into menopause. His staff is amazing as well, Patti and Chris are the best of the best. They always treat me with the utmost consideration and are very kind. I look forward to my visits. I highly recommend Peter Harvey. I have sent so many friends his way!
