I am not a person who writes reviews very often, but today I feel compelled to tell everyone who is looking for the best hair professional in all of Palm Desert and surrounding areas, Agim is the best! I am 69 years old now and let's be honest, it's a challenge to create beautiful hair for someone my age. My hair is thin, dry, brittle and gray. Agim miraculously turns my hair into something that I am very proud of. Do not hesitate! Some people might feel that his prices are high, but let me tell you, he is worth every penny. On top of his skill, his enthusiasm for what he does is over-the-top. One other mention, his wife Bruna touches up my roots in between balayage and haircut appointments, and her talent is predictable and high-quality as well.

On the day of the appointment, I was attended by a stylist who clearly lacked the necessary skills. The result was completely unsatisfactory, leaving my hair looking damaged and very different from what I had requested. I would like to emphasize that this was on my wedding day, which made the situation even more distressing. Another stylist attempted to intervene, but the result could not be corrected. Additionally, I was charged a higher amount than what had been previously agreed upon. Due to this experience, I had to rely on a friend, with very limited time before my event, to try to fix my hair. Given the circumstances, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.
