This Salon may have good hairdressers but the Owner, Ailene, is a pouty child so as a new client I suggest not making any suggestions after she is finished. like "would like color a bit lighter next time". I had a really nice experience at Thairapy except for the fact that my hair was cut entirely wrong. I was told to go to Nancy because she works with long hair. I showed her two pictures and explained the exact length of how I wanted my hair cut. It should have been cut about 5 or 6 inches and she cut off 10 inches. I asked for it to be cut about two inches past my shoulders and it doesn't touch my shoulders at all. Aside from the fact that my hair was cut wrong it was an overall good experience.
