Kim allowed a parent to lead a "Team Building" class after I informed her this parent "Kelly (don't know her last name but works at RW Children's Hospital,) used sexually inappropriate language to the girls, (outside her school setting,) GROOMING LANGUAGE and I wasn't comfortable with this "parent" leading a class my daughter had to attend. I was reassured "Kelly would not be leading ANY class" and she (Miss Kim) would absolutely be leading the class." I found out that wasn't the case! Not only did this parent lead the class without Kim present in the room, but during the class Kelly invited the girls to PLAY THE PENIS GAME!!!! Of course my daughter was mortified, and told me as soon as class was over, and once I complained, my daughter was ostracized and treated as if my 12 year old was the problem! Come to find out Kim and Kelly are friends outside the studio... so she was covering for her... Kim is from Staten Island and has a studio in NJ - I now ask myself why???

The facilities are outdated and something always seem to be broken. For parents, it is extremely uncomfortable to be able to watch your kids during swimming class. When the phone rang, you could hear her say, "...looks like I'm gonna be stuck here". Then, when she learned that my son is turning 17 this June, she remarked with disdain, "You know you're late, right?". Don't come here if you're 25! And since we couldn't do Saturday mornings for his classes, she seemed relieved to cancel the registration. But it was all in her haughty facial expressions and the condescending tone of voice that struck a note of repulsion in me. I bid her, "Sorry, for wasting your time. Now you can go home."

Yet when it came to dealing with the office staff I was met with a terrible experience. The lady seems to not be able to control her tone of voice and belittles those who provide her with a minor convenience. I've asked politely the first time around for a copy of my certification that i completed their 6-hour class and I was asked for my name and time when I completed my classes. She never asked for my email the first time because she seemed very persistent to end the phone call that would've just taken 5 minutes of her time. She said I'd have the papers provide with me the next day and they never came around. Their office is closed for the weekend and on top of the office only being opened for 2 hours it's very difficult for anyone to be able to call at a approiate time on a normal work day. Provided I needed this document 3 days prior. I call back a second time and she hits me with the excuse that the email was provided incorrectly. I spell out the email word for word and it has now been 2 days and I have yet to recieve the document which in turn is costing me money.
