Let me start off to say that I have taken almost 500 classes via classpass and through other studios all over the country, and I have to say that the sculpt class taught by Katia was amazing. Plus: instructor's enthusiasm, overall energy, music, moves, and structure of the class was all cohesive and layed out very well. I was looking for a sculpting class that would build lean muscles instead of bulk me up and this class definitely did it's job. There was constant movement, so you also got a decent cardio burn as well during the class. Cons: Space. At times, it felt so hot in the room, so not sure if they had their aircon on. But hey that allowed me to sweat all my impurities out. As with all classes via classpass, I measure my overall satisfaction based on 2 things--did I walk out of the class or would i purchase a class (gasp now, outside of the classpass membership). As our guests arrived, the previous party's guests were departing causing a huge commotion and confusion with our guests both being present crossing paths in the lobby. The table for the presents still had the previous child's name on it, as well as food being left out from the other party. It was a mess. In addition, the air conditioning was broken, so it was unbearably hot. All of my guests were verbally complaining and I was so embarrassed. When I complained about it, the girls behind the counter were unsympathetic, and referred me to call someone named Dawn to express my complaints. So, I called Dawn on the next business day. She made an excuse about the air conditioner and then told me she needed the "check the camera" about the food being left out. She claims they have been doing parties for years and no one has ever complained about the transition between parties. She promised me a call back in a few days. Unfortunately, a week went by without a call back, so I followed up with her by leaving a message. I never heard back from her. Ever. To make matters worse, my daughter begged me to have her party here. So, while I was in the midst of complaining with Dawn about my son's debacle, I booked my daughter's 7th birthday here (I tried everything I could to convince my daughter against it, but she is adorable and I love her, so I caved). Her party was yesterday. The pizza was 30 minutes late. The staff broke the candle that we brought (it was one of the giant number 7 candles). They didn't have enough juice boxes. And the overall experience was poor. I will say there was one positive thing this time, and it was an employee, Sarah. No matter what kept going wrong, Sarah was apologetic and attempted to find a solution. I really appreciated her sympathy and work ethic. The other staff could've cared less. I mean, they were okay with the kids during the party itself, but weren't equipped to handle any issues. Sarah was nice and I thank her for that. However, I WILL NOT ever have a party here again. The customer service at this facility is virtually non-existent, as well as from the upper management since I never received an apology or even a call back. Do NOT have your party here.

I have never experienced a work out like the one I have everyday at 9round. They are consistently pushing you and changing up the workouts so you never get bored. Every trainer takes the time to know you and teach you every move. There are NO SET CLASS TIMES! A round starts every 3 minutes which really helps if I am running late from work. Each round has something different and it changes every day. 1 round is dedicated to freestyle which is my personal favorite. You work one on one with a trainer and work on different kickboxing moves. The trainers. If there is one reason I come back its the trainers. They are by far the best people I have met in the workout community. They realize you are there to better yourself but to also have fun! Beth and her Husband Joey own the gym and are an amazing duo. Every time you walk in your energy level immediately goes up! They always greet you with a smile on their faces. Neil and Jess are also super incredible! Neil will make sure you are putting in 110% every round every time and if your aren't sweating you will be after a freestyle round with Jess! The whole team is beyond incredible.
