The girls never knew one bit how difficult it was and she just kept so upbeat and fun with the girls Whether it was on zoom or buying laminate flooring for a reinvented recital outside so the girls could still wear their costumes and have an audience. All the events EDA does to keep the girls connected to you, each other and dance are so thoughtful and meaningful. My daughter has always loved to sing and dance but since meeting Ms. Carla and all the other teachers, she now loves it even more and looks so forward to dance days and seeing her dance teacher and Ms. Carla. Knowing that major life changes needed to be made, but fearing a big leap into the unknown, I began practicing yoga. That practice led me to a couple of workshops that Nicole taught and those workshops led me to a six-month journey of re-engaging with my life, under Nicole's kind and patient guidance. Using a collaborative approach, Nicole started our sessions by having me create a vision for my life, beyond "what kind of life would I live if I won the Powerball". This is not an essay that languishes in my notebook, to be re-read occasionally: it is a detailed, living document for a life that I was able to begin creating and living immediately, using the resources and talents that I have, while planning and building the full life that I envision. Nicole incorporated kundalini-based yoga and meditation into my daily routine, helping to bring my awareness to how I react--mentally and physically--to experiences throughout my day. With this practice, I began to unwind decades of negative messaging that had left me frozen in place and falsely comforted by the stagnation that I had convinced myself was stability. Nicole challenged me every week to identify and take a step in the direction of the life that I envision. Some weeks those were baby steps and some weeks those were jumps, but each movement forward was celebrated and built upon. And some weeks I fell flat on my face, but Nicole was there to spot me as I picked myself up and dusted myself off. During the course of our sessions, the long-range parts of my vision suddenly scaled much larger than I had originally imagined, and took on a sense of urgency. Before working with Nicole, I likely would have dismissed this as impossible, and scrapped that part of my vision for something much more simple. Instead, these changes are evolving from my on-paper vision into a real plan. I am so grateful that Nicole appeared in my life at a time when I needed someone to help me clear away the old thoughts and patterns that were holding me back. She guided me beyond dreaming of a better life to building that life while I'm living it. Instead of allowing a fear of failure turn me to stone, I can't wait to see what I come up with next!

Owner Shannon was so helpful and patient when we were choosing what class would best benefit Benjamin (new to gymnastics), as well as explaining class costs and scheduling. The Little Gym is always spotless; I frequently see staff cleaning in between class times. The gym has a restroom, a water station, some gym attire for sale, and seating for those watching their little gymnasts in class. The Little Gym has an enormous viewing window (an entire wall), and the gym maintains a comfortable air temperature. Ben has trained with four coaches since we began class. His larger class (up to 18 students at times) maintains a safe ratio of instructors to students every week. Coaches Megan, Eva, Jeremiah, and Lindsay are a dream team. Organized, professional, safety-conscious, and caring, they are teaching my son so much. Not only is he learning a foundation for gymnastics, he is demonstrating better discipline and confidence in and out of the gym. Best of all, he has so much FUN every class! Ben has already decided that he'd like to celebrate his birthday this year at The Little Gym. We've attended parties there before, and they're always a great time. I initiated contact three weeks before my scheduled training as a serious family emergency came up and I requested a refund for the tuition I had paid. This was October of 2021. Then until now, have been a lot of follow up email attempts to no avail, phone attempts where it is difficult to get ahold of anyone, with both Norton and one particular employee probably assigned these responsibilities. I paid for my remaining tuition as soon as I was notified I was awarded a partial scholarship. This was a big mistake, as once you do, they send over "material" (a ten page document and the pdf version of a textbook) via email. Thus, because I was emailed these "materials", (and not the actual physical version since they were not in stock apparently) 650 dollars was non refundable, in addition to the standard 250 non refundable fee. Of the 1600 I paid, I'm STILL waiting to get the 950 back. Should I reconsider taking my certification down the line, it will DEFINITELY not be with them. They "offered" full value of what I paid should I decide to attend a future training, but I absolutely refuse and at this point, accept that loss of 650 so I can just move on (if they ever refund my money).
