I don't know when end of business day is for your shop, but if it is late, my sister is a nurse at the hospital and would have been in bed in preparation for a shift on Thanksgiving day. Crystal was great to work with and was very transparent about pricing and delivery times. None of the "say one thing, but mean something else" bs that other places tend to do. She was very conscious of COVID and had adjusted her schedule and deliveries to accommodate. They ask for a phone number since they don't want to have contact upon delivery (yes and yes!) I had asked for something uplifting for a family friend and Crystal was excellent at asking the right questions. I told her that the family friend likes a "classic" style and she mentioned rustic classic v elegant classic. I hadn't even thought of that, and it helped me realize that the classic rustic style (sunflowers, etc) is the way to go. Also: Crystal emailed me a picture of the flowers, too. To start the corsage was beautiful however is was much too large and way more money than I'd expected to pay. The website stated $10 for prom corsages. I ordered the basic one with white flowers and a blue ribbon for a petite 15 year old with small wrists. It was much too large for her and didn't fit at all. And when I was charged it was nearly 3x's what the website claimed. It was $23.71 plus tip(we tipped $5 upon delivery not realizing how much more we were charged than expected). If I'd have known it was that expensive (if the website stated the actual price and not $10) When I texted about the unexpected price I was told the $10 was for the initial consult and she would change her website to be more clear. **i was wrong about the cost: my numbers were mixed and I thought it was $27.31 when it was 23.71 which is a much better cost. I needed flowers on a last minute's notice for Mother's Day and went on Yelp to find a local florist in the Paradise, CA area. The shop's link to purchase flowers on-line through Yelp caught my eye and not to mention the photos of her beautiful arrangements made me take more of an interest. I noticed they also had a facebook site as well from one of their pictured flyers. The photos of the flower baskets were so gorgeous on their FB page. I finally decide to put my order in but the online store through Yelp had issues. It kept telling me to put a date in when I had already done so. I sent a message very late last night and immediately received a response from Crystal early this morning. I decide to call Crystal around 7am. She was very sweet, friendly, and quite accommodating to my requests considering I wanted the flowers delivered the same day. I purchased a medium arrangement which is $57 (not including delivery and tax). Overall I thought it was a very good price for the flower arrangement. Crystal read back all the information I had given her to make sure she had everything correct and she had asked if after 4:30pm was OK. Later that day, Crystal emails a photo of the finished flower arrangement before it was to be delivered and I was amazed at how beautiful it was!! Crystal did an amazing job!!! The email of the photo is a very considerate touch and a nice added bonus! My mum sent me a message some time after 5pm thanking me and letting me know how she loved the flowers especially the note. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal's shop! You really get your money's worth and then some! Her flower arrangements are so beautiful! I will definitely use her services again especially since Mum's Birthday is coming up the first week of June. This time I'll remember to call ahead. read more

Crystal is an amazing person and business owner. My ma lives a bit isolated out on Yankee Hill and her children live 4 hours away. With everything going on with Shelter in Place and politics at work, etc. I totally forgot Mother's Day was here until the day before!! I put the order in and it gave me Monday as a delivery day. I thought I'd just talk to my mom and hopefully she'd understand. I live in Seattle and have been communicating via email and phone, and I'm so glad I got to work with Crystal. She went above and beyond with the bouquet and even texted me pictures of the arrangement. I had a couple of gift cards that I bought that I wanted to include in the delivery, and she was totally willing to look for the shipment and include it as part of the arrangement. I live outside of San Fransisco, my mother lives in Paradise and wanted to send flowers for christmas. I used Stems after finding them through google. I wanted to use somebody local to my mom and anything other than big name internet florists. I have no idea what it looks like as my mom is not of the smartphone generation, but she raved about how gorgeous it was.
