So bummed! I called about a week ago and spoke with the owner. I let her know I was going to be getting married and wanted to inquire about getting a bouquet, she kept asking all these questions, I didn't know the answer to them because I truly know nothing about flowers. She kept getting more and more frustrated telling me couldn't give me a price. The price was the last thing I was worried about in that moment because I felt very confused on what I was even trying to ask for. She was so unhelpful and down right rude. I let her know I had some photo inspiration to let her try to figure out what I wanted (hoping it would help) she just kept saying the same stuff because colors didn't determine price. Price didn't matter to me though, I just wanted to have a beautiful bouquet but needed a little help to execute it, hence why I went to a FLORIST for help. WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HER BUSINESS. I sent over photos as she asked right after we got off the phone and have never heard a word from her. Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did our wedding florals, and we could not be happier with the result! I can't even count the number of compliments our guests gave on the arrangements. I was truly stunned by how gorgeous her pieces were, and how much they added to the beauty of the wedding overall! We ordered bouquets with roses, greenery and succulents, and they turned out absolutely perfectly--even better than what I'd hoped. During the design process, Pam provided lots of helpful advice on color harmony and complementary foliage. Besides doing great work, Pam was also very accommodating to our specific requests. For example, I wanted the centerpiece arrangements placed in scientific glassware, and she had no scruples with doing this when we provided the glassware. She also did an amazing job designing a unique hairpiece for myself based on a similar one I'd found on Pinterest--it had rose buds and air plants and was totally gorgeous. I received lots of compliments on this. In all, Pam provided our bouquets, centerpieces, arch blessing, my hairpiece, corsages and boutonnieres, aisle rose petals and various other large arrangements placed around the venue, as well as a complimentary throw bouquet! She also decorated our cake with roses, succulents and air plants--very unique and absolutely beautiful. As someone who had absolutely no clue how to proceed with wedding flowers, Pam was a perfect guide through all of the options. She met with us a number of times, answering questions in a courteous, helpful way. By the time we had constructed a plan for the flowers, I felt very excited about what we'd have for our special day. What I liked best was that our original quote was for everything that we might possibly order. Each price was laid out in a way that we could easily see where our money was going. After getting our quote, it was really easy to talk through budget adjustments with Pam. Unlike some vendors, I didn't get a sense from Pam that she was pushing us to get every last option. She happily shared some cost-saving options for us as well and helped us develop a contract we were very comfortable with. Only snaffu to the whole thing- our flowers for the ends of the guest rows didn't show up, so we just had giant bows on the end chairs. It looked a little lame, but really, I had forgotten that we ordered flowers. Pam called us on Monday morning, informed me (I hadn't noticed) that the flowers were missing, and sent us a refund check that day. I appreciated her taking ownership for the error and was happy to have an extra $50 for our honeymoon! read more

I was very disappointed by the service from Cambray Rose for my sisters wedding a couple months ago. We had just the bouquets and boutonnieres done by them. They were lovely, but she was a half hour late bringing them to the photo location! If you've ever been in a wedding, you know how important it is too keep things on schedule, and she basically cost us a half hour of our photo time. Now that alone is not enough to give a single star review, so yes, there is more to this story. I was maid of honor, so my bouquet was wrapped in a teal ribbon instead of black like the other bridesmaids. Unfortunately this lovely teal ribbon was not colorfast because within a minutes of starting the photo shoot, I realized my hands had turned blue! Luckily I noticed my smurf hands before I accidentally touched my sisters gown or anything, but you can see how that could have been a disaster, especially if it had been the bride's bouquet that used the teal ribbon! Anyway, after the wedding my mom decided that she should let Cambray Rose know what happened so they could be careful about using that ribbon in the future. Now, my mom is a very nice and polite women, so she really was telling them about this for their own benefit, she wasn't trying to get a discount on my sisters flowers or anything like that. But the woman at Cambray still got all defensive and rude about it, pretty much accusing my mom of making the whole thing up! read more

After talking with Pam personally, and looking at her gorgeous arrangements, at the Lakeside Pavilion Open House I knew that she would be the perfect florist for our wedding. I went into our first meeting with very little idea of what I wanted and a loose color scheme. I tend to be an indecisive person, and often truly decide on something after sitting on it a bit. What I started with, and what I ended up with ended up being quite a bit different. Despite even some last minute changes due to an error on my part, Pam was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. With Pam's help and expertise, I was able to find a floral theme I really loved and that was within our budget.
