Absolutely the best Florist. Helped me pick out the right thing to say on the delivery card and offering to send a picture of the arrangement beforehand is such a great touch. Definitely would recommend them. read more

wonderful experience! I ordered flowers (from florida) for my mom last night to be delivered (in chico) today and everything was flawless and the flowers are gorgeous. 10/10 experience!! She loved the arrangement, I chose "florist choice" and it was perfect for my 65 y/o mom:) ** i wanted to add that the woman who delivered them was so kind and polite to my parents, they both made mention of that. So once again from ordering online to in person delivery, it was all wonderful. I'll definitely be a repeat customer :) read more

I called to have flowers delivered to a family member and they were done right on time beautifully put together. I was given a picture of them before they were delivered and asked if they were all right and then they were delivered. Very good service. I live in another state so this was a shot in the dark and I'm certainly glad I called them. I found them on Yelp and decided to go with them because of Yelp. read more

You know that artists are usually considered by most , those who use paint, pencil & canvas. Well, Rachael & her staff are artists by flowers! My daughter's birthday was coming up. I couldn't be there to help her celebrate. I found these on her website. I explained my girl lived the color orange. Since orchids don't come in that color, Rachael assured me she'd have something special added & NOT an orange ribbon. I've been going to her shop for 25 years, but hadn't ordered but a few times since I moved away 10 years ago. She still had me on her register and told me how appreciative she was to have such a long term customer. My daughter called me in absolute delight about the flowers, gushing how dramatic and "gorgeous " they are. Don't you agree? read more

My friend's father died suddenly and I wanted to get her something to brighten her day. I found Flowers by Rachelle from searching for a florist near her on Yelp. Actually I found 5 florists that looked decent. I went with this one because of their online website and I liked the look of their spathiphyllum plant. So I orderef it and scheduled it to be delivered on Saturday. I thought my friend was home but she actually left until the early afternoon. So when Pam texted and called me I contacted my friend immediately. It turned out she had left but would be back in the early afternoon. I texted this to Pam and she was actually able to make it back over later in the day. How sweet! My friend sent me pictures of the plant and it's larger than I thought! It also has five flowers and the photo of it on their site only has two. So basically both the plant and the service are top quality! I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Pam and Flowers by Rachelle! :) read more

Don't usually post reviews but I had to for this one...Ordered an arrangement for a client of mine at 10am for same day delivery and within the hour got a call from Rachelle that she doesn't have some of the flowers and gave me the options of choosing other flowers or delivering next day. Since I needed same day, I chose some of the other flowers she had and gave her the idea of what I was looking for and hoped she'd put a nice arrangement together. Not only was the final arrangement MORE stunning than the original one I had ordered but it got delivered literally within a couple of hours of us chatting. Also, I really appreciated her calling me to begin with to let me know my original selection flowers weren't available and offering me options and solutions instead of just throwing some arrangement together to keep the business like other florists may do. This was my first time using her and I absolutely will be using her again for future floral needs; her service, the professionalism and the beautiful product she delivered far exceeded my expectations and even better my client absolutely loved it, so it made me look good also :). Thank you SO much! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!! read more

These ladies are always so warm and helpful. My fiancé found this flower shop when I first moved to Chico a few years ago. He lives out of state, and would send bouquets through them for delivery to my home. he would always tell them what flowers I liked and give them a price points. The deliveries were always easy. They would call ahead of time so the flowers weren't sitting on my doorstep wilting. He was always thankful when I sent him pictures of how beautiful the bouquets were. Fast forward we get married a few weeks ago. I called the shop about two weeks before the wedding and asked if they could help with a few bouquets and boutonnieres. Valerie and Stephany (all of them really) are absolutely amazing. I shared my colors and top picks for flowers (likes and dislikes), but gave her artistic license. She asked a few questions to figure out my style, and was upfront about any limitations. Stephany made magic happen. My fiancé picked up the flowers and I got to see them for the first time just before the ceremony. The bouquets were absolutely stunning. She did a fantastic job with my colors and making everything cohesive. This is THE only flower shop I will use in Chico. You need to call them! maybe just give them a few more weeks notice that I did. read more

Rachelle is amazing!!! The flowers she and her team put together for our wedding were stunning and our guests are still talking about them. From the moment I connected with Rachelle she was very professional, talked me through different aspects of my inspiration photos, and helped me narrow in on exactly what I wanted. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I also can't leave out that I was an out of town bride, and our first wedding venue cancelled on us relatively close to our wedding date but Rachelle came to the rescue and helped me find another venue. She genuinely cares about you and your big day, and I feel so lucky to have been able to work with her. read more

My daughter was graduating from Chico and receiving her masters degree and I was not able to be there that day. I called early on the day of the ceremony to order flowers to be delivered that day and I found Rachelles on the internet. I was originally trying to find a florist on the internet but didn't have a good experience in the past so I looked for a local florist and found this place. When I called her I asked if she could make it on time and extra special because of my absence, but I realized such short notice may not have given enough time but she said she will do what she can. Not only did she get the flowers to her on time, I think she delivered them herself AND they were gorgeous!! Thank you thank you! This meant so much to me and you went the extra mile for me. read more

Excellent service - quick, accurate, and with outstanding communication via email and phone. The arrangement we received is beautiful. Do not hesitate to order beautiful flowers from Rachelle, you'll be glad, and so will the person receiving them. I needed flowers for a 76th birthday for a friend living in Paradise, and her daughter picked them up from the shop and took them to her. When talking with Rachelle, she asked if I had particular flowers in mind for my friend. I didn't, but just told Rachelle that I would like them to be as bright, colorful, and beautiful as she could arrange, and gave her my budget. When my friend saw the flowers, she immediately called, and was almost crying, she was so happy! You can see in the photo how beautiful they are. Anytime I need to have flowers delivered in the Chico area, I always call this shop. It is always so hard to send something that you will likely never see - but you can trust that anything created here will be absolutely beautiful. Don't just order the pre-made bouquets you see either - let the florists design something for you - they are really creative and do a wonderful job. The last bouquet I sent from here was to very close friends who just lost someone and they reached out to let me know that this bouquet was their favorite - which made me so happy that we were able to bring joy from far away. Tip to you men, go to Costco and make your own bouquet or go to another florist in town. The arrangements here are never bloomed upon delivery. Flowers aren't as advertised. I am grateful to Pam for delivering this arrangement to me! I received it from a friend and it embodies the elements I enjoy most--balance and compassion. Moreover, it reminds me of tachibana. Rachelle did my wedding flowers and she was also my wedding coordinator. I cannot even imagine that day without her. She went above and beyond my expectations on both jobs. She has a great eye for detail and really knows her stuff. She was always easy to get ahold of and when you're planning a wedding, things change, your ideas change and she just rolled with the punches. My first wedding was canceled due to covid and she was really understanding of the times and how hard it was on me. Round two of my wedding went off without a hitch and she was there to make sure of that. She is in great relationships with all of the good local vendors and can direct you to them. When planning my wedding florals, I had some elaborate ideas and she came through on them. Her work is truly unmatched and that is why she is mine and my whole families only florist. read more

A dear friends father passed away & the services were scheduled on a day that my husband & I were unable to attend. We had talked about getting flowers early in the week, but life happened. Friday morning, in an absolute panic, I called nearly all flower shops in Chico to see if they could accommodate an extremely last minute request, and deliver 30+ miles away. I know, ridiculous. One shop didn't answer, another didn't deliver to that location & another was closed for an extended period of time. I was loosing hope. That's until I called Flowers by Rachelle. They had weddings booked, along with other orders, but they said, give us a few minutes to see if we can make this happen & we'll text you back. (I was at work, getting ready to be on a zoom meeting.). To my elated surprise, they found the space & time, and told me to give them a call to finalize the order. I gave Stephanie designer choice & she made the most beautiful arrangement. I will never forget them & will recommend Flowers by Rachelle to anyone asking in the Chico area. read more
