We literally could not of had our wedding without the help of Rabina (one of the owners) and the rest of her staff. I want to start off my say that they always returned my texts and calls right away and sometimes I tried to contact them more than normal. When we started planing for our wedding back in October 2019, I created a huge lookbook of how I envisioned everything. I just showed them my ideas and they pretty much had everything that I needed! They have SO much inventory that I could have really gotten carried away but luckily my future husband reeled my back. The big thing that I was worried about them not having was my farmhouse tables, but they had them! So now come time to set up for my wedding, they started setting up at my venue a couple days before the actual event just to make sure we have everything all together. This was March 20th, 2020 and later that night the governor issued a stay at home order due to the corona virus. We were devastated. Rabina and her crew knew how hard that day was for us and felt really bad having to come take everything down the next day that they gave us a huge break for when we decide to have our wedding again. Come July 25th we were back in action with our wedding and We Do Designs did not miss a beat! They were eager to work! Due to social distancing now, we had to pick a bigger venue and something that was indoors/outdoors. They had space available at their beautiful The Palms venue for that day and we jumped on it fast. I changed things like table designs and chair styles to match the new venue and they happily worked with me. Hiring Rabina for my wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We got married at a covered bridge where, while the location is stunning, it is incredibly rustic and requires A LOT of thought, planning, and execution. Rabina strung lights throughout the interior and crafted a beautiful dance floor with strung lights and vintage 1920's balloons. I was so excited to use We Do Designs that I went out of my budget to use their farm tables and chairs. But they arrived with only two men to set up seating for an event of 104 people with only one tool to build the tables on site. With a third of the tables set up they left without warning to come back over 45 minutes later. The chairs they set up were not the chairs I paid for and ordered, but my event was starting 20 minutes after they finally set up so I did not have time to complain. They were over booked and clearly did not have enough inventory which they should have known when I placed my order. I helped them by allowing them to pick up their tables and chairs the next morning with a promise that they would be removed by a certain time. Not that I should have been surprised, but they were late and didn't have their tables or chairs gone until an hour after promised which was also only an hour before my next event. Both of my events had to be set up in a rush due to their lack of professionalism and timeliness. read more

WeDo Designs did an amazing job for my wedding. My soon-to-be wife and I were running around like crazy people the whole day leading up to the ceremony. We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary at The Palms and used WeDo Designs for our table arrangements and room decorations. Everyone at the party exclaimed that they had never seen a prettier room. Since it was our silver anniversary I used silver table toppers, silver chargers and really cool square plates. We used WeDo Designs for our table linens because we won $200 towards their linens at a Bridal Expo. We wanted to be pretty simple with our table cloths, and they had exactly what we needed. They were very flexible with our order, and when we had a few people add themselves to our guest list the week before our wedding, Rabina and her husband were more than happy to include another tablecloth in for us and let us pay for it when we picked them up. Their staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The linens are expensive, even for the basics, but then again, so are all other companies who work in the linen rental business. This company made my July wedding fabulous! I appreciated detailed reviews when I was planning my wedding (as opposed to just 'I liked it'), so I'll try to be specific. I recommend them for any event. They do regular rentals of china and linens, but their selection is huge and they specialize in helping you put together a whole look and tables just the way you want them. They have everything from napkins to candles to prelit trees and elaborate centerpieces. While they do have many pre-made looks to choose from, you can choose any items you want and put it together in the showroom to see how it would look. I didn't see anywhere else that let me see it all upfront, it helped me be sure about what I wanted. Rabina Khan, the owner, is a sweet and loving person who went so far beyond duty's call to make our day beautiful. She's one of those people who just loves what she's doing and makes every client feel special. For example, I found some decorative silver manzanita branches right before the wedding but I ran out of time to figure out where to put them so they were just in a pile in the back to not be used. Rabina went to her storeroom and found some pretty wooden holders and SPRAY PAINTED them to match the branches just hours before the wedding. (She literally still had spray paint on her hands at the wedding) When I saw the ballroom she had placed the branches all along the walls and I got compliments on them all night long, they were perfect! Every little thing I asked for she always found a way to make even better and more beautiful, and her prices were the best in town (I looked everywhere). The setup was done in plenty of time so I could see it before the event and the extra touches made it seem more elegant and unique than I could have imagined. I also liked that she offered complete set up and take down of everything, including washing the dishes. A lot of the rental places will rent you the dishes but you have to package them and set them up and be responsible for them. Going through WeDo really reduced that stress for us, we just showed up, enjoyed the look, and then left it all for them to deal with afterwards. Rabina's designs are unique and beautiful, but she lets you have the freedom to design your event's look any way you want it to be, from super simple to stunning. She works with you to put that look together for the same price you would pay anywhere else just to rent the items with no help. This woman will listen to what you're envisioning for your event and work with you to make certain it happens. She even has a showroom where she can lay out a table in the colors and items you are wanting so you can see it all come together and make any changes. People complimented the gorgeous silk linens all night, and she even added accent tables for a dramatic effect. I was impressed with the service more than anything, it was very reassuring to know that she would be there making sure everything looked great. I had a very small budget, so I am in awe of how much bang I got for my buck. She was willing to work with what little I had. I was sure I would have to settle for minimal, but thanks to Rabina I got a magnificent look that everybody is still talking about. Usually if I do a review I try to think of what the cons were, but for the first time I really can't think of a single thing. There were no surprise charges and everything was even better than promised. This was the one thing in my wedding that went perfectly without a single hitch.
