My husband bought an arrangement for my retirement. He asked for purple flowers. There were only a couple that I would call purple. The arrangement was not that big and the vase was nothing to speak of. I don't see that it was worth $128. I think they were very overpriced. Wish I could return them! Overpriced for holidays. (Especially for basic vases) very pushy with old merchandise. Sadly the only florist in high ridge area. helpful for small bouquets & reasonably priced in that aspect. I could have folded 80$ worth of dollar bills into Origami roses for the same effect. read more

Just ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. I spent $91 including delivery. I did see a photo of the arrangement before I purchased, but couldn't really tell the scale. The bouquet itself was tiny, barely the size of a soccer ball. It looked tiny in my tiny mothers hands. Very unimpressive. The arrangement was pretty. My mom loved them of course, but she would love a dandelion if I sent it. I have bought flowers throughout my life, and thought I would give this small shop a shot. After a death in my family, a friend surprised me by getting me flowers from here. The flowers were beautifully arranged and lasted a long time. My major complaint is that the delivery person left my flowers with a neighbor. Anyone who has experienced grief over the loss of a loved one can tell you that it is a truly challenging time. Coming home from a long day at work and having to go socialize/explain/apologize to a neighbor in order to get what was supposed to be a happy surprise was not great. I would have preferred they try to deliver again, or leave a note, or just leave them. Luckily for the florist, I have a good relationship with my neighbors. read more

Words simply cannot express how grateful I am to Stems by Stacy and the people who work there. I live out of state and was unable to attend my sister's wedding. I first tried 1-800-FLOWERS which seemed to go smoothly at first... but then I recieved notice that my order could not be filled the EVENING BEFORE THE WEDDING!!! Needless to say, I freaked. After I regained my composure I decided to hop on google and see what local florists were available. I called Stems By Stacy today ( from Indianapolis) because I wanted to send flowers to my brother and his wife who live in High Ridge. Their dog died suddenly last night and I wanted to get them something delivered as soon as I heard the sad news. First I had looked online for a memorial "stone" to send which would take at least a couple of days to get to them, and then thought I'd ask the local florist I found online if she could help me get them something that could be put with a plant, that would be appropriate for loss of a dog. I figured it was a long shot, but I wanted something meaningful. I asked if they had something that could work and Stacy had a little stone with the image of a dog,-- and the saying "you have left our lives but will never leave our hearts". I was so happy she had this!- Exactly what I wanted for them! They got it this afternoon and sent a picture and they loved it! I asked about added flowers in the dish and a bow--which she did, and it is beautiful. My suggestion is to go with local florists that are in the area where you want to send flowers- and if you need flowers near High Ridge MO, Stems By Stacy is awesome! read more

I ordered the Imagination Blooms with Cymbidium Orchids for my mom for Mother's Day. The arrangement is a stunning collection of orchids, spray roses, Asiatic lilies, statice, ti leaves, and assorted greenery. However, since all of the flowers are pink in color and my mom is not a fan of that color, I contacted Stems by Stacy to find out just how pink the flowers really are. The proprietor was incredibly understanding and accommodating, suggesting that I could request flower color substitutions, which I did. The flowers arrived on time the Friday before Mother's Day, and my mom was completely blown away by the beauty of the arrangement! I called her shortly after she received the flowers, and, during our 1 hour conversation, she could not stop telling me how much she loved her flowers. I had to find a place to give Stems by Stacy a five star review!!! My sister ordered me the cutest smiling face vase with yellow and white daisies and yellow roses to cheer me up. They tried twice to deliver them to me but I wasn't home, and my front porch has evening sun. So they left a note and finally delivered them to my office!
