IMPRESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I have always used a large, well known florist & the flowers have been nice as expected. I needed something special & took a chance on Ayla's Floral Studio. Told them I wanted colorful, unique & impressive with no Lillie's due to her allergies. Heather told me she would make sure the arrangement was amazing & beautiful, even said she'd text me a picture before they were sent out for delivery, to make sure I liked it. What I received was not a nice simple flower arrangement. It was a breathtaking, exquisite & unique piece of art. They listened to what I wanted & far exceeded my expectations.This is one of, if not the most beautiful floral arrangement I've ever seen. The recipient called to thank me, giggling with the excitement of a child on their birthday. The rating of 5, is described as good as it gets. Ayla's deserves a much higher rating, that reflects, beyond as good as it gets. More descriptive, that includes beyond excellence, the ultimate best. read more

I received a delivery of a floral bouquet from Ayla's Floral Studio which was from my son and his family who live out of town. This bouquet was one of the most beautifully colorful, full and fresh arrangements I'd ever received. It was tastefully put together, made up of higher-end flowers, none of the 'daisy, mum and carnation' cheap flowers you generally get. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was, and not only that, but it lasted almost 2 weeks since it was made with such fresh stock. It's always a crap shoot when you order flowers online, sometimes what the recipient gets is nowhere near what you saw and thought you paid for. But this was absolutely stellar! I had never heard of Ayla's, but will definitely use it going forward. I don't know how much my family paid for this arrangement, but it was well worth every penny! I attended two funerals this year and went to Ayla's Floral Studio for each. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice plant arrangement was put together for the first funeral. They took the time to give me options. (Had I gone anyplace else, I am positive I would have walked out with a flower arrangement that looked like all the others at the funeral.) The family was very appreciative of the take-home plant with it's unique design. For the second funeral, Ayla's took the same consistent interest in helping me. This time wind chimes were selected. The very talented designer, Heather, did an outstanding job incorporating the chimes on a nice portable stand with other "trimmings" that gave a warm and unique feel. The family at the funeral adored the wind chimes display and had it placed next to the casket. Ayla's is 5 star all the way! read more

Several years ago we used Richter's Florist for my daughter's wedding and were very satisfied with their service. Another daughter was planning her wedding so we decided to use Richter's again. We discovered Richter's was now Ayla's Floral Studio. We went in for a wedding consultation and Ayla was so friendly and welcoming. She listened to our ideas, showed us examples and we decided we didn't need to shop around for other florists. She gave us a small bouquet of the flowers we had chosen to take home. That little bouquet just impressed us so much! On the day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time and were more beautiful than we imagined! As an out of state customer, with a very specific request to touch the heart of the grieving, I reached out to Ayla's after seeing her and her florists' designs on their website. She went above and beyond to satisfy, and to guide when needed, using her expertise with the best insight into what details to choose. She was my eyes and heart since I was not in shop! Three hours later and it was complete! (Including a trip to the garden center!!) Photos along the way and a final video of the results allowed for me to share with our group back home. Ayla was so gracious and helped me on 12/3 for 12/29 when my other florist fell through. She was very pleasant to work with and we planned my bouquets, centerpieces and the groom's pocket boutineer over the phone. I sent some pictures of arrangements that I liked. The flowers turned out fabulous and I received a lot of compliments. Several guests had not seen a pocket boutineer before and thought it was a clever idea! Totally impressed by Ayla's! Ordered an arrangement to congratulate friends on a new birth and asked for a unique new baby girl/holiday- inspired bouquet.
