I purchased a bridal bouquet and boutonnière from Wildflowers STL for my elopement and was happy with how beautiful they turned out. I will say they were VERY pricey- $320+ for what is pictured. I understand they got the best local blooms from Urban Buds and kept them in good condition leading up to pickup day, so they are a little more expensive. They photographed beautifully and surprisingly bounced back once I replenished them with water, after a long, hot day with no water! My mom ordered from Wildflowers for my graduation celebration. The first two arrangements were beautiful multicolored flowers in matching vases that I absolutely loved. She also got a bouquet of white flowers, including orchids and roses, with greenery. All of them were beautiful and the customer service was great. My mom wanted white orchids and they brought out green; when she clarified she wanted white, the staff switched them out immediately. Would absolutely order from here again for any future flower needs! read more

I originally came here to review the arrangement of local flowers I just ordered for my mom's birthday. The flowers were gorgeous - bright & cheerful in a very natural and full arrangement. They arrived on time & were a great way to celebrate when I couldn't be there in person. Once here on this page, I realized I never submitted my review from my wedding a few years ago. Sara & her team were wonderful to work with. We worked with two different people and it was obvious that they have a great system for transferring information and maintaining consistency. They heard all of my requests and had so many great ideas for making things work - it's clear that they are professionals with tons of experience. I was especially impressed by their ability to decorate my ceremony space (they had a chuppah available which really simplified things) & make it possible for those arrangements to be incorporated into other places for the remaining activities (cocktail hour and reception). read more

They did the flowers for my wedding in October. My colors were red and black so it was a little difficult to figure out what flowers to do. Found some pictures on Pinterest and Sarah helped to put my vision to life. The flowers were beautiful, and delivered in a timely manner. They looked just as I pictured them. They even tracked down the men and helped them pin on their flowers for them. At the end of the night they even came by and picked up all the vases so I did not have to go and return them myself. I got quotes from several different places and although they were not the cheapest, they were still reasonable compared to some of the other places I looked at. We met a few weeks before the wedding to finalize the details and make any last minute changes and everything turned out great. No regrets using them. read more

Ordered flowers 3 days before delivery, one dozen roses, for our 11 year Wedding Anniversary and was advised that delivery would be between 10:30am-2:00pm. The day of delivery, I had to call them at 1:40pm to advise the flowers had not arrived yet and the lady said, "They should have been there by now, let me call the delivery service and I'll call you back." She called me back and said that they would be there within the hour (by 2:45pm). They finally arrived at 3:15pm and they were HIDEOUS!!! The roses had 3-4 tall ugly branches sticking out from it and I was embarrassed to tell my wife, who I've bought flowers for the past 13 years we've been together, that this was her Anniversary arrangement. She wasn't thrilled with the flowers and knew it wasn't my fault, but why would you sell an arrangement like this?!? I called demanding a refund and told her to send the driver back to pick them up and she said she wouldn't charge me, so I will be checking my credit card statement over the next few days to verify the refund. I've now written like four reviews in a row, and its almost three in the morning (I can't sleep--tomorrow is gonna suck). I would have a few drinks, but then I'd be running the risk of drunk-Yelping, and that would just be embarrassing (I rank drunk-Yelping just a hair under drunk-vlogging, and a smidgen above drunk-Coldplay downloading). *ahem* I've lived in St. Louis for four years now, and I've always used Wildflowers as my florist (don't ask me why, but every city I move to I make certain to find a "go-to" florist). The English lady that runs this place is phenomenal, and she's a Cornell graduate (Go Big Red!). I last bought a bouquet of orange gerber daisies, and they literally looked like they came from a magazine photo shoot. And, I swear to god(s), they lasted nearly five weeks. The only problem is that she's expensive--the gerbers set me back about $40. Table arrangements, will-you-marry-me and other special occasions? Yes. Highly disappointed in what I received for my money. I am from out of state and called directly to order flowers for a funeral. The bouquet on the right is what I received for $150 (not including tax and delivery). I can get an entire casket spray for $200 where I live. read more

Jane from Wildflowers came highly recommended by our venue coordinator. We chose not to decorate with flowers (we used paper flowers and candles as a money saver), but at the request of my mother, I had real flower bouquets for myself and my three bridesmaids. I contacted Jane about a month out from the wedding, which was not much lead up time, and (unlike a few other vendors who I was late in contacting) she was enthusiastic and eager to help out despite the short notice. The bouquets turned out beautiful, and I was very happy with how responsive Jane and her team were. She confirmed the arrangements with me well ahead of time, did not go over the budget we had agreed on, and she worked with friends of mine to coordinate the hand off so that I would not be bothered while getting ready and the flowers would remain as fresh and lively as possible.
