Amazing bouquet in vase sent to me from my son who lives out of town. The arrangement came just in time for my birthday. I was notified via text that they arrived so that my husband could promptly bring them inside. Very vibrant and healthy flowers including many roses, sunflowers, lilies, etc. read more

I received a bouquet of flowers from Russell florist. The bouquet was delivered on one of the very hot days last week. I was not home and the arrangement was left on my front porch. No notice or attempt to leave with neighbors. I called the florist and they offered a replaced. The arrangement was about 1/2 size of the original. They told me it would delivered on certain day in the afternoon. It was finally delivered at approximately 6pm. The delivery person told me if I was unhappy about delivery time I should maybe have the person who sent me the flowers order them from a florist closer to my home. I called the florist again speaking with same person. I ask to speak with manager due to my concerns about service. She said they were not in but would give them my message. No return call. Very poor representation You should get what was paid for, the delivery person should represent the company and in this economy it seems you would grateful for floral orders! read more

I suggest no mortuary do business with these people they are unreliable unaccountable and are not a responsible 3rd party provider for the services they claim to provide. They do not provide accurate bookkeeping and are not familiar with their Internet ordering systems. My father still waiting for his flowers I purchased a month in advanced, and the memorial is over. They cancel orders without notification erase well wishes from the deceased wall. I'm your time of grief and bereavement you don't deserve to be treated in a cavalier nonchalant behavior. read more

Russell Florist is exceptional. They were so accommodating on a short-notice order I had placed for a large arrangement. They were communicative over the phone and pulled together a beautiful piece despite the short turnaround time. The arrangement arrived just in time for the service and my family could not have been more grateful. A huge thank you to the wonderful people at Russell Florist! read more

Delivered flowers half almost dead. I called to express my concerns. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and accommodating and agreed to send out a fresh replacement bouquet the next week. This was done, but again nearly half of the flowers were already dying. Old flowers. read more

I received a bouquet of flowers (and a balloon) from Russell Florist earlier this week and it was gorgeous! I am not sure how my friend placed the order or what she specifically asked for, but somehow I got a beautiful surprise! The lady who made the delivery placed the order outside my door and when I went out to pick it up, she made sure to recommend that I pick up the item from its base. I am so glad she said that, because it was in a glass vase and I probably would have broken it otherwise! Thanks for looking out for me. There was even a card attached with a message from my friend; super personalized! I am pleasantly surprised by this gift and I think Russell Florist did a great job at putting this together and getting it delivered to me. Thank you! read more

We received a bouquet from an out-of-state friend as a gesture of love and sympathy for the recent loss of a close family member. We were not familiar with this florist, but the bouquet is stunning. Like what you would see in a hotel or fine dining restaurant. It is simply perfect and embodies the love we know it was intended to convey. Thank you for such an amazing arrangement during this difficult time. We will certainly use Russell's going forward. read more

I just used them today 08/28/24. I ordered on the 08/23 and they were delivered this AM as the service was being set up for Mr. Brownfield in St. James Church on Wade in DogTown. The display was beautiful. I ordered the Designer's Choice Funeral Basket - Premium. The display was huge, the card was clear and easy to read. I didn't take pics because they were at the altar next to the casket. I'm so happy I went with the premium display. Very pleased! read more

I currently live in Dallas, Texas, but my mom is still in the Saint Louis area. Each year for her birthday and Mother's Day, I send her some flowers. I was using another local florist (that was much closer to her house), but after a mediocre experience with their flowers one year I decided to give Russell Florist a try. They have been exceptional each and every time. My mom comments that each arrangement is fresh - so much so that she cannot believe how long they last after they've been delivered! She also has stated how amazing the delivery guy is - he has gone out of his way to make sure she receives the flowers, even when she's not home. Needless to say, they will be my go-to for any future flower needs. And, I know my mom has enjoyed them so much that she's going to be using them for HER flower orders for friends and family! read more

I checked reviews on several florists last month because it was my best friends birthday. We have been friends for 57 years and the flowers needed to be perfect so I decided on Russell Florist and that was a great decision. I ordered the flowers on my friends birthday and I was worried I may have waited too long and they would not be able to deliver that day. Wrong!! They delivered the most gorgeous pink flowers- my friends kitchen is pink- and it was a gorgeous arrangement with various flowers in pink and then a touch of greenery and baby's breath. The arrangement was bigger than I had expected and it was breathtaking !! This is definitely my florist from here on. Thank you Russell Florist!!!! read more

I would definitely not recommend this florist at all. I absolutely love flowers and I love getting flowers from individual florist instead of buying them from Schnucks. Because usually you get a more creative blend from an individual Florist. But this woman holy rip me off. Do not go here there, an absolute rip off. read more

These flowers are absolutely stunning! I received these as a gift for getting promoted and could not be more thrilled. It also came with a box of chocolates that are so delicious! Highly recommend for all your celebration needs or just to gift to a special someone! read more

I wanted to add that after this my husband called them to ask for a refund. They were so extremely rude and threatened to take the flowers back from my 87 year old grandmother! I have so much remorse for hiring these jerks because this was the last birthday present I was ever able to give my grandmother. Sadly she died that November. I am remembering her now and what an amazing person she was since shes been gone now almost exactly a year. She deserved so much more than late old flowers. read more

I received a dozen long stem roses for Valentine's Day from this florist. Not only were they perfectly gorgeous and fresh but the delivery spot on prompt and professional. Highly recommend read more

This floral shop is just terrible. They were very unresponsive and tried to argue the pic of the flowers were the same as the ones delivered. The flowers seemed to be aged and of poor quality. I would avoid at all costs. I attached pics of what I ordered and what arrived. You be the judge. read more

My favorite florist in St. Louis! Beautiful arrangements every time. Someone recently gave me roses from Russell's ~ they opened beautifully and looked fresh for almost 2 weeks. read more

Periodically, when my children use an online service to order flowers for, they come from Russell. And they are ALWAYS disappointing -- limp, dispirited, dying -- my Mother's Day roses had wilted petals with brown edges when they arrived. I will never use this florist and will tell my children to specify that any flowers they order NOT come from Russell's. Thumbs down to this florist read more

I ordered sympathy flowers from Russell's and the arrangement was so perfect and beautiful! Had it not been a funeral, I would have taken a picture. Ordering was easy, everyone in Russell's is so friendly, professional and easy to work with. This is about my 5th experience with Russell Florist and every time they have knocked it out of the ballpark! read more

My wife was supposed to have flowers delivered to her hotel room. They were not. I have not been able to receive an adequate answer from management about why they were not delivered. The florist says they were delivered to the front desk but cannot provide a name of the person who received them. The hotel insists they did not receive flowers. Someone is not being truthful, and since neither seems inclined--after multiple inquiries by me to determine the cause--to find an answer, I will hold both accountable. Do not use this florist for any delivery that you deem important. And who sends flowers and doesn't deem them important? read more

I'm from the NY area and was trying to send a "nice" arrangement to my sister-in-law for her birthday. I thought things were expensive here but when I saw what I paid $103.25 for I was embarrassed. I could have gone to a food store and bought a bunch of flowers, a small plain glass vase and a balloon for less than $25.00 and it would have looked better than these. Did they think that the person wouldn't send me a picture of the flowers and so they would get away with this outrageous overcharge? Would not trust this florist. They definitely took advantage. Wish I could post the picture so you could see the poor excuse of an arrangement. read more

My son had a beautiful arrangement sent while I was in the hospital. Unfortunately it was delivered before I got home and placed in an area that we formally don't use. I emailed Russell's and they called, apologized and immediately sent a replacement. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them for future orders. read more

This is my favorite place to get flowers! They are always beautiful and fresh and I have been using them for over 10 years!

Called from California and couldn't have been more pleased from the start. Such a pleasant person on the phone to take my order. Extremely helpful and accommodating in getting flowers delivered to a family member in a St. Louis Hospital. Received a picture of the flowers last night-absolutely gorgeous! Put a smile on my family member's face! Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you! read more
