We received a bouquet recently from Always in Bloom. It was an unexpected surprise from an out-of-town family member. The bouquet was pretty but not too colorful. It had a lot of green in it. It was just an average Bouquet and definitely did not feel like it was worth $80. The arrangement was full, but it would've been a lot prettier if it had more color in it. Never going back. I ordered a single white rose corsage and they gave me a corsage with 5 white spray roses on it. I asked for no bow because that's tacky and they said it had to have a bow. I paid almost $40.00 for a corsage. Asked them for 2nd plastic container the corsage came in and they wanted to charge me $4.00 for that. No thank you! And the people in the back wouldn't even come out to tell me themselves. They had the poor girl at the front desk. 1st and last time i ever go there. read more

Went in today for a bouquet, and the pictures that they showed me were beautiful! I agreed on a pickup time of tomorrow at 9am and they charged my card. A minute after they charged my card another worker says that they can't have it ready by then and asks if she can move the pickup time back. Unfortunately I needed them for the time we had already agreed on. So now I'm stuck waiting a few days for the pending transaction of $90 to be refunded back to my card and no flowers. I cannot say enough great things about Always in Bloom! I knew I needed a florist and from the first interaction with Colleen I knew I needed to ask her to be my florist! When I met with Colleen I sort of had a vision of what I wanted my flowers to look like, but Colleen really brought those ideas to life! I was probably a paranoid bride at first because I wanted to confirm all the details way in advance, but she assured me that we would meet a few weeks before the event to really talk details. I asked for Always in Bloom to provide the centerpieces, tablecloths (for 3 tables) a large floral arrangement, boutonnieres, corsages, kissing balls and bouquets. She also provided flowers for the wedding cake. This seemed like a lot to me, but Colleen took the notes down with a smile and told me it was possible to do and wasn't even worried about it. I could tell she already had a plan in mind and she started to talk to me about her ideas for the way some of the items would look. I was so glad to have a professional florist because all I knew was the colors I was looking for. She was able to provide the types of flowers and arrangements. I seriously wasn't even worried about anything once I left our meeting. She assured me it was going to turn out great. The day of my wedding the flowers arrived and I was blown away with how beautiful everything was. The bouquets for my bridesmaids were beautiful and my bouquet was just what I had pictured. Always in Bloom was recommended to me for my wedding by two other friends who had used them for their weddings. I was sold when the price for silks were better than the other two locations visited and price checked. Colleen was very helpful throughout my changes and the process and understanding to my flower allergy and inability to be in the store for long periods at a time. We had a quick first meeting when I showed and expressed to her everything I needed. She promptly wrote everything up and got me a price quote within the week via email. Throughout the process she had me come in to see different silks that were slightly different prices so that I could choose exactly what I would get. I was happy when she told me to come in a month in advance to see everything and to make sure all was okay. I was so happy to see my bouquet and everything else looked great. We had over 20 boutonnieres and 5 bouquets. Nothing more. Everything was very amazing with the exception of a boutonniere being wrapped it the wrong ribbon. It was fixed within 2 minutes and after a thorough check I was out the door. They kept them for me up until the final moment I could pick them up even though they were finished a month in advance and happily covered them to assure the hair from my dogs in my house wouldn't come in contact.
