The good: Bambu Lab filament price and availability. The not so good: limited to non-existent customer service. One week after placing an order the status continues to indicate "preparing for shipment." It seems like 7-days should be enough time to ship a spool of filament. I sent a PM on Facebook Messenger requesting order and shipping information. Instead of responding to my inquiry with useful information, I got a bureaucratic; "not my department, you should email support." There are ONLY 22 people in this company. Considering the company does NOT have thousands of employees spread across multiple locations and time zones, how hard would it have been for the person responding to have checked with "support" or "shipping" or "order fulfillment" and send actual information? TERRIBLE service...is this a scam company? We placed an order for a STEM toy May 18,2026 and now,June 19,2026 have recieved NO update on shipping or arrival. The cost of the toy was high and their shipping very high. The emails from the customer service rep. tells us "they are working on the order" or "we are monitoring the situation". Huh? Placed an order in February for a bamboo labs A1 mini we are now approaching May and still don't have the product in hand with no updates from the company. I have called back numerous times even though quoted mid March would be the first delivery of the units. Still no updates but can't use the money anyhow if they refunded because we are at the end of the school year.... When you placed the order, there was no disclaimer on there that said that they didn't have any stock on hand either so to see this coming wasn't possible. read more

Made an order for bambu filimate. The shipping was nearly as much as the product. After nothing for about 5 days I got an email explaining that bambu was out and wouldnt have it for 2 weeks. How do you list products for sale and take peoples money KNOWING that not only do you not have it but you wont for weeks. Dont ever use this company. read more

We purchased the P1S Combo for my son's Christmas present on November 28 and we still have not received the printer. I emailed them at least 4 times to check on a delivery date and each time was assured it would arrive on time. I was notified Christmas Eve that it was not going to make. This was my son's main Christmas present and was VERY upsetting. I have still not received my order and after reaching out several times without an response the company has refused to work with me to get another model out ASAP, Very disappointing and poor customer service. read more
