Support this local business! The best baby boutique I've found. They carry great quality brands! I personally love Copper Pearl, Gunamuna, and Nuna for stroller/car seats. The clothes are great quality and every thing in this store is soo soft to touch. Love the Jellycat stuffed animals too. Thick absorbable bibs. Lots of Sleepers that have top AND bottom zippers with sleeves that work as mittens and built in footies - soft, stylish, and super functional for newborns! Kathy and Annie go above and beyond for their customers and are super friendly. Annie is very knowledgeable about strollers and car seat systems and talked me through everything as an expecting first time mom. I was clueless. She is passionate about these products! We went with a Nuna system and felt so good about our choice for what our family needed. I've been to the new downtown location, but personally prefer the Meridian location. read more

I like to support local businesses but found the owner's attitude to be off-putting during my last trip here and will not be back. I asked the owner if they had a certain item in the back vs. having to purchase the used floor model. She basically said, 'If you don't buy it, someone is going to come in right after you and buy it.' So basically she just views customers as dollar signs walking through the door and doesn't appreciate your business at all. I had made a few purchases in the store up to that point but have not been back since and no longer recommend this store to people that I know. read more

I use to shop here all of the time in 2020 with the previous owners who had quadruplets. She was amazing to work with. I recently had another kiddo and went shopping for blankets by Copper Pearl. Some on Copper Pearls website were on sale and I asked if they would match them. The owner made me feel terrible for asking if they would do this since it was an inconvenience for her and she said made them lose money. If she didn't want to match the price she could have said no and I could have looked for something else to buy instead. I wasn't sure if Copper Pearl had some form of reimbursement for them when their items go on sale and was trying to make the best sale decision given how expensive things have become. Needless to say, take your business elsewhere. There is a great boutique in Meridian called Baby Maven that was not judgmental and I felt very welcomed in! read more

I accidentally ended up here - I was looking for Boise Cloth Diapers and turns out this location is just their old address and they haven't updated it online since moving several years ago. Since I had driven across town, I decided to stay and browse. I happened to be in the market for a stroller and car seat travel system so was delighted to see Pi Baby had a great selection of brands I was already interested in. The store associate (I wish I had asked her name!) came over to explain several models. She was able to clearly explain in a matter of minutes what I had been trying to research online for months! I had been planning to purchase a system online from Nordstrom's within the following days, and even though the same system in store was several hundred $ more, I so appreciated her help and knowledge and ended up buying directly from them instead. LOVE this place!! We are new to the area and missed not having a buy buy baby store to try out some products. But we love buying from boutiques and not online so we went in and looked for the Nuna Rava car seat. We were able to put their demo into our car to see how it fit and even put our baby into it and test her in the seat. We went back another day to look again and couldn't leave without buying it! Not only cause it's a great seat but really because of the service we received. All of the employees were awesome but we ended up working with the Owner and she was so awesome to work with. The Owner is also a car seat tech so she helped us make sure everything was perfect before driving off. The store is so cute and we will be back for sure! What a ridiculous place. Pi Baby misrepresents what they actually have in stock and they are not responsive to online or phone inquiries about a customer's order status. I had so much trouble contacting them that I honestly thought they went out of business and just forgot to take down their website. I ordered a Patagonia jacket from their online store on 9/20. The size I needed was out of stock in the Patagonia warehouse and through my other go-to Patagonia stockists, so I found this place I'd never heard of, Pi Baby, and ordered from them because their site indicated that the item was in stock. Pi Baby charged me $59 and sent nothing. After a week with no shipping confirmation, I emailed to inquire about the status. No reply. I emailed a second time. No reply. I called the merchant during normal business hours and got a recording. I left a voice message and received no reply. I would have to call my credit card and dispute the charge, and I was annoyed to add that to my to-do list. Finally, on 10/22, over a month after I placed the order and was charged for it, I get an email from Heather Weaver saying that she issued a refund because the item was out of stock in the Patagonia warehouse. I'd be angry if this wasn't so funny. I could have told Heather on 9/20, the date of my order with her, that the Patagonia warehouse didn't have the item because the Patagonia website said "out of stock" next to the item. read more

I order this online and a few weeks went by and I still had not received a confirmation on shipping. My Husband sent a follow up email and received an immediate response from Heather. It sounds like the package had been lost in the mail & unfortunately there just isn't another in stock. Heather went ABOVE AND BEYOND to right the situation. This is just over a $12.50 hat. Amazing place!! We needed a travel stroller last minute, right before our international trip. We couldn't order anything through amazon fast enough, so we looked up places that may have strollers. To be honest, I didn't expect to find anything here, but I wanted to try. I was blown away by their selection. Not only did they have multiple travel strollers IN STOCK, but they had them in different colors! The attendant was extremely helpful and patient with me, showing me how to fold and unfold the strollers multiple times - important information for traveling - while looking up the specs of the different models. The only downside I can think of was that they seemed a little eager to sell one particular model, for some reason. I found it a bit odd.. (maybe they're partnered with them?) However, she was still very forthcoming with all the information relevant to the different models I asked about, which was good enough for me. I was completely blown away. I didn't get a chance to shop around the store, but I already can't wait to go back after our trip! I definitely recommend this place. read more
