No apology, just confusion when I asked him why his partner didn't help. Deer in the Headlights! Contacted Chad again about the damage and finally after numerous calls (he refuses to call back) his first response was "First I heard about it". Had to call him back numerous times again to check status. Again, no apology. Submitted a repair quote from Renewal via email and heard nothing. Days went by so I called Manager Stewart and explained our issue. No apology again and got the "It's the insurance companies problem". Our quote is only good for two weeks, they don't care! If you want cash and carry maybe they would bo worth it but don't expect help on ANY level from Jim's if you have any issue!!!! Don't beleive the "We are a family store BS! Our initial target was lower, but we couldn't pass on the fantastic deal Dave gave us on the Electrolux. We also got a new Samsung dryer--again, at a terrific deal. We chose to have the washer and dryer delivered. We received a call about 15 minutes ahead of time warning us that our delivery was imminent. Zak and Adam, the two delivery guys. took our old washer and dryer (a brief moment of silence please), and zipped in our new washer and dryer. All of it was clean, precise, and controlled. All told, it took maybe 15 minutes for the delivery. This actually wasn't our first purchase from Wes's. About six months ago we purchased an LG refrigerator. It too was professionally delivered and has worked great for us ever since.

I give a 3 stars because the material on the furniture is worthless, however; the 2 appliances are working great! We were gulllible and purchased the extended warranty. The material failed within 10 months and we reported it just after the 1 year mark. CHF will not stand behind the product and do anything about the material fail and Flexsteel will not do anything about the material failure siting they rely on the retailer. So we are left with some expensive furniture that either needs to go to the landfill or we pay just as much to have reupholstered. We bought at Commercial Home Furnishings expecting high quality durable products. The furniture does not align with that expectation. Hopefully this helps future customers make an informed decision.
