Chose provolone but you have options. Plenty of onions and mushrooms and you can add other toppings. East coast fries are deceiving delish. Fries are crispy and light. The cheese sauce is like crack. Both sandwiches were enough for two meals! The flavors were good. There choice of ingredients worked out well. They were both polite but fast. There was not a lot of standing around waiting for food. On select Fridays during the warmer…read moremonths (ending in September), a bunch of food trucks will show up in Tower Grove park and you get get from whichever one(s) you like and eat the food in the park. Different ones come different times, so you can go every time they have Food Truck Fridays and never get the same t hing twice. They usually have a lot of trucks too - like 20. The food is good, the selection is great, the environment is great. Downsides? Parking can be bad and the lines for some trucks can be long. Although Ive been doing to this for years, Ive noticed some of the trucks are starting to get a bit expensive. Im sorry, but I think food Im getting from a truck should be less than at a sit down restaurant. Still, I recommend going and look forward to when it starts up again next year.

I looked up their number online, called it no answer. Then I texted the number, I finally got a response that "truck broke down on way to kitchen this morning." So the manager knew the truck wasn't going to make it yet they decided to no call no show. If I wouldn't have reached out to them, we would have never known what happened. Book/schedule at your own risk. Very unprofessional and unlike any hardworking NOLA person that I know. Thanks but no thanks.
