I moved into his one bedroom coop recently and was having trouble adjusting. It's hard to trust someone to come and clean up your life, but after meeting Jake and his wife one time, I eagerly handed over the key. Today they came while we were at work and oh my goodness, talk about an overhaul!! This apartment is dust free and cleaner than I have ever seen it. I literally walked in about 10 minutes ago and had to post this review immediately. The bathroom is spotless and smells so clean. The bedroom is also extremely clean. They even changed linens! Don't get me started on the kitchen... they are miracle workers!! Jake texted me to confirm he had arrived and texted me when he left. He even followed up with me later. Truly the best cleaning experience I have had. I look forward to a very long and mutually beneficial relationship. I heard they do commercial cleaning and painting too! Well enough reviewing, call Jake before he books up and tell him Jen s sent you. Ok I have to update this review, a billion stars! I have been using this company for a few years now and they do not cease to amaze. I had an emergency c section, so I went to a regular check appointment and boom straight to the hospital. My home was a mess. How could I bring my baby home that way? I texted Jake and his wife and they were able to come in and clean before we got home. My parents and my husband were amazed!! They cleaned and organized. This was such a relief. I leave my valuables out, I trust them completely and they always do a superior job. I highly recommend them. I suggest calling immediately as they do book up. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

After 4 hrs, we came home and saw there's still dust on the blinds. We had to call Ula and questioned what's going on. Our cleaning ladies couldn't speak English, so Ula had to communicate with them and got back to us. "They already cleaned up the blinds." she said. We had to take pictures to prove that they did a very lousy job. But that's not enough. "Oh, the blinds are so old so it's hard to tell.. They are cleaned already..." We ended up taking a video to show how easy it is to get rid of the dust if they did tried to clean the blinds- which they either lied about it, or they really didn't know how to get the job done. Because of that, they stayed another two hrs to redo the blinds- and Ula asked us to pay these two hours!! We paid for courtesy but we felt regret to use their service. Very very upset about it. It seems that the only spot which got cleaned was refrigerator... Oh and they made the bed. If anyone is interested in knowing the service quality, I can share the video we took and you will know better before you try their service. Think twice before you use Ula service.

After interviewing several cleaning services, I chose Dakin Spotless Cleaning, largely because of the owner, Shelly. She was professional, attentive, thorough, and punctual from our very first conversation. She came out for a site visit, confirmed the requirements in person, and gave me upfront pricing -- no website forms, just a straightforward conversation with someone who actually understood the job. Her team tackled every nook and cranny of a 40-foot trailer. Dust was caked on above the furniture, and the vent covers had years of grime on them -- now they're sparkling. They even cleaned inside the air vents themselves. It was not an easy job, but they took it on without hesitation and did a fantastic job. Shelly's follow-up was excellent too -- when I asked her to take a second look at a spot, she and her team came right back and went above and beyond what I'd asked for. The trailer is spotless now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I'll admit I'm not an easy customer -- I have high expectations, and Dakin Spotless Cleaning managed to exceed my expectations. If you need a deep clean done right, call Shelly. I'd recommend them for any job, big or small.

Review I had an…read moreuncomfortable experience with this company's hiring process. While the work itself seemed straightforward, the overall approach during recruitment felt less focused on skills and more on certain "preferences" that weren't clearly stated. Despite having strong experience and professionalism, I left feeling that some candidates may be viewed differently based on factors unrelated to performance. The process did not feel as inclusive or respectful as it should be. I hope the company reflects on creating a more fair and welcoming environment for all applicants and implement a more organized, professional, and timely scheduling process for interviews.
