They were both busy, the entire time I was in the store on 8/14, but answered questions and gave directions to customers, who are of necessity a captive and tired group, with respect and patience. They knew their products and their customers: excellent staffers. Lakeila went to extra trouble to find exactly what I wanted, and Robert made eye contact (which is all we can do with masks!) as he helped people, including me, while moving stock and allowing space for people to shop. Excellently trained, or perhaps simply excellently selected because they were already skilled, they were a great reflection on the company and the airport. And, they got up and came to work on a Saturday! Thanks for the uniquely Baltimore items, mixed with the essentials for flying, and I love the bag design and quality. I fly once every 10 years or so, and this was the best advertisement for maybe flying more often. She gives me my receipt and there's an extra charge on there for the charity. I said hey, I didn't want to donate to this, please reimburse me this charge. She repeats over and over that it's only 60 cents it's fine! She said because I swiped my credit card that meant I accepted the donation?!? I ask for a refund of the charge again, and she says no, she can't do that. I say OK, I want to return my item and I want all my money back. She says no, she can't do that either. She and her coworker are just standing there smirking the entire time. I just leave at this point, and my husband asks what's going on. He takes my item and goes back over there. After 10 minutes he comes back and guess what - he's able to do a return and receive a refund. He had to get a supervisor involved. At this point I think they are running a scam over there. I'll be reporting this wherever I can.

What a mess of a place to visit in the evening/night hours. It's like people forgot how to drive…read moreand didn't know what parking spots were. I initially stopped here to get gas (the provide BP at this location) and then I wanted to go inside to get a drink and a snack to wind down my night. After going inside it felt a little to small for my liking. I had to reroute myself several times just to look at items because of the people in here. I will give them this, it is nice and bright in the store and everything seemed organized and in place. I found my items and went to pay. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for.
