I don't think this store is a rip off, but I would have appreciated at least a token gesture to rectify the situation. Proceeded to then "ban him" from coming back in even though it was HIS fault, and HE gave back the wrong amount of change instead of taking accountability for his mistake. On top of the awful service - the lobster roll was awful it was rubbery and tasteless. Now don't get us wrong, he has had a couple really good lobster rolls from lobster bin. But the service and the bad lobster roll and being banned for a mistake that was made by the worker is absolutely shameless and unacceptable!!
