They have a TV in front to show you your records and images, and they have a TV above you so you can watch the blue oceans of the world while getting treatment. Many people have been asking for updates, so I'll write here…read more Last time, when the front desk told me they hadn't included the medication because it wasn't covered by insurance, I insisted that they add it anyway, even if it wasn't covered. At first, they said it was impossible, but eventually, they agreed to add it retroactively. Today, I received a bill from the insurance company for that medication. Instead of $99, after negotiation, I only have to pay $14. Can you imagine the difference? Yet, I had already paid the full amount and still haven't received a refund. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, please read my previous review--it will all make sense.
