Been to 5 other dentists and Dr Ono is the best with his virtually painless cleanings. Highest recommendation.

When I was young I used to work at a dental office so I'm pretty picky on who works on my teeth…read more I've been seeing Dr. Alia for the past 2 years and it definitely saves me a trip to California to see my old Dentist. Dr. Alia is very meticulous and experienced. I took my daughter to see Dr. Alia for a 2nd opinion and unrelated to that visit, she asked me when my daughter had her last dental cleaning. It was about 1.5 weeks ago. Dr. Alia said to my daughter, I'm sorry, honey, I have to clean your teeth. I realized that her previous dentist did not properly clean her teeth. I was very thankful that she couldn't let my daughter leave the chair until her teeth were properly cleaned. She does an amazing job every time I see her for my 6 month check up. She also did my Invisalign. Funny, how many years of braces and wearing retainers every night would come to this, but it was my old Orthodontist who created a new retainer for me that created the issue. Long story short, I have Dr. Alia to thank for my straight teeth (again). Sarah, her assistant is very knowledgable and is amazing as she is. This office is very personable and you can tell that they love what they do. She's not running a franchise or have multiple dentist work for her. What you get, is her - all of her. As a plus, I love her pink gloves! Did I mention she won best Dentist of Wilmette on NextDoor...

Karen is great dentist with a great crew. My 18-year-old daughter was told by another dentist that…read moreher wisdom teeth needed to be removed ASAP. And of course, that dentist recommends his colleague right around the corner to do the $4000 procedure. Business as usual. Well, we decided to get a second opinion, and Karen was recommended by a friend. Karen did a thorough evaluation, and informed us that my daughter's wisdom teeth were growing normally, not jagged or bursting, and that the procedure/extraction was not so drastically necessary right away. Ultimately, the procedure MAY need to be done for preventative purposes, but it wasn't an emergency, or even a foreseeable problem. It's reassuring and uplifting to know there are dentists like Karen; honest, comprehensive, and caring. Moreover, she takes the time to explain in-depth, what the future conditions might entail. Not like the other guys (and I presume, many dentists); trying to make a quick buck off unknowing clients via "drastic procedures". Karen is awesome.

I've been to lots of places that try to scare patients into unnecessary procedures in order to rake in the fees. Dr Duda is the antithesis of that style. He is very experienced and has a great chair-side manner. He was actually recommended to my wife by our pediatrician. My wife is crazy paranoid about her teeth - and has lots of horror stories by incompetent dental practices with terrible chair-side manner. This guy is really unassuming - but he is on a list of the top Drs in the Chicago area (sorry I don't have the specifics to cite it). So think about that -- he is well regarded by his peers and other medical professionals. This is not a guy that is just starting out -- he knows what he is doing. Bonus - he has classy music playing in the office... If you make it to the Plaza del Lago area in Wilmette - give it a shot.

Dr Kalb and Doctor Vi gave me and my 10yr old about the worst Pediatric Dental experience EVER. Due…read moreto insurance we had to switch from our regular doctor. Dr. Andrea Lederman. So we decided to try Tiny Tooth because it was in our group and super close to home. Our first visit was pretty basic. She has two cavities that needed filling. Week later was our follow up and fillings. Dr. Vi insisted on gassing my kid. Since she has allergies and had an eye appointment right after. I didn't want her to have a reaction or be out of it. Never has ANY dentist tried to suggest, much less, force Nitrous on my child. Our former doctor had no issue numbing my kid and working on my kid and there was no squirming or figgiting, which Dr. Vi said she couldn't deal with. Apparently she isn't skilled enough to numb with lidocaine and fill a tooth. It seems she can only work on sedated patients. They were totally disrespectful to my wishes and concerns. Complications to anesthesia and sedation runs in our family, she was told this twice and she insisted that no kid ever had a reaction to Nitrous. In the end, she reluctantly used the lidocaine, filled one tooth and then said she couldn't do the other one without the gas and kicked us out of the office. Saying my kid wiggles and figgited too much, which no other dentist ever complained about. I think she's unskilled or not confident in her needle skills and relies on the gas to compensate. If that's the case you need to be up front with the patient instead of being argumentative and disrespectful to our needs and wishes. Worst pediatric dentist experience ever. Skip this place.
