When I called them, Stephanie was so helpful and she provided an initial quote pending a visit from one of their installers. The installer came and took measurements and the quote was finalized. I had a local company come out the same week and their quote was about $100 more than Budget Glass and Mirror's. Payment was made and the glass ordered. Took about a week before ordered items were available for install and installation was pretty quick. We are very pleased with the work!

Having made this appointment a week in advance, and then telling us "he didn't have time" since they just added to his schedule, is in my opinion very poor customer service. Probably a poor reflection on their work as well. Not an accident, that the other 1 star reviews have to do with canceled estimates and poor scheduling. We decided to go with another company.

We had the unfortunate luck of the window on the front of our home cracking after it was hit just…read moreright by a rock kicked up from the lawnmower. We called Glass Doctor after seeing their vehicle in our neighborhood working on a home that just went under contract. The process to receive a quote seemed painless. They sent someone out within a week to measure the window and take photos to ensure they ordered the correct product. I put a deposit down, the window was ordered and they scheduled to come install two weeks later. Upon install the gentleman had difficulty replacing the window, as our plantation shutters were "in the way." While this should have been mentioned at our initial "quote" visit, it wasn't. My husband removed the entire shutter, caulking, nails and all so the gentleman could have better access to the window. Unfortunately at some point a piece of the window lock was broken. He assured us the company would take care of replacement, took photos of the window, took the broken piece with him to "match" the color and went on his way. Weeks went by with no word. Eventually we heard the wrong part had been sent and they were waiting on another one. Another week. Meanwhile, our front shutters were still sitting and waiting to be put back up. Finally they texted that the part had arrived and they would be out to replace it in the next few days. A new gentleman came to replace it. He was just as confused as we were when he pulled out the WHITE replacement for our BEIGE window lock. He assured us the office must have made a mistake, but left us with the white piece so that our window would be functional in the meantime. We contacted the office to let them know about the mixup and we're told "Yeah, white was the only color we could find. I Can have a manager call you if you want." I was disappointed regarding the lack of care taken to make right a situation we had been exceptionally patient and kind regarding. It's been radio silent since. No manager call. I'm guessing we're stuck footing the time, energy and cost to have a product that matches on our high end window as well as have our shutters put back up. I'll consider looking elsewhere in the future for my glass needs.

BLUF: they quoted me to remove my existing entrance door and install a new one. sent me a quote for…read morematerials and labor which i accepted (i have all records of communication). After i paid for the materials, it was a struggle to get them to show up and they never finished the job. timeline: paid on December 1st and was told installation would be done by December 19. They said they would prep the door (paint, etc.) and have it ready for the 19th. The week of the installation i never received an update. when i called i was told that they could not be here because of weather. Next, they said they would come on January 2 to do the job. They showed up only to tear up my entrance and leave it unfinished (See pictures). They took multiple measurements of everything they could find but not made any real progress. They left and took the door and materials (that i already paid for) to paint them (didnt do it the first time) and said they would come back the following Friday (1/9/26) to finish the job. when next friday came, they never showed up, i received no communication from them. After calling multiple times for several days with no response, i was able to connect with them by calling from a different number (they thought was a new job). I was finally able to get Rene to at least return my door and materials that i paid for (which they overcharged me for). They finally showed up a few days later to deliver my materials, but the job was never finished as originally contracted. This is not the first time this happens. Only use if you are in a pinch because they PRICE GOUGE…read more I had a small glass pane break out of the bottom portion of my window. I was going to fix it myself and had found the glass at Home Depot and Lowes for approximately $32 and the silicon was about $10 for the tube. My problem was that I could not get to it after a few days and I was leaving out of town soon so I called Mission Glass to repair it. They price gouged, me charging me $209.89. They were quick to take my order, quick to arrive, they were able to repair the window with in 10 minutes. The service was great with the exception of the price. If they pay their technician's $30/hr. with a 32% burden, 1hr labor to include travel, assuming the material cost above, and 10% overhead. The cost would have been $89.76. That means they are charging a 57.23% profit and in my case that was $120.13. The thing that irritated me is they refused to give me a itemized receipt upon request, but then they insisted I sign a blank form saying the work was complete. To be clear the technician was nice about it, but he was required to get my signature. I filled the form out myself and took a carbon copy after signing. I only agreed to the service because of a time crunch otherwise I would have shopped around and/or just finished the project myself.
