I had to explain I never thought that, only maybe my lower back didn't need an alignment. again-he only smiled and continued to cross his arms. I felt like he just wanted my insurance money. this interaction solidified that concern. I then tried better understanding the situation at the front desk, lisa, she couldn't care less that I had new pain, caused from the alignmen. not to mention I said my left collarbone was funky. he aligned the right collarbone. when I asked about ok what about the left side where it hurts? he said, "oh.
