The second appointment we mapped out what I need to do and I brought in all my existing supplements and which ones I should be getting rid of and which ones I should still be taking. Having 2 kids, a husband and a full time 50+ hour a week job I needed help from the extra stress I was putting on my body. I was a vegan for 1 1/2 years before seeing Dr. Giordano hoping that changing my diet would cure what the stress was doing to my body. Since seeing Dr. Giordano I have realized our food supply is lacking and I cut out most sugar and grains but added back in healthy meat, fish & veggies since consulting with him. With proper supplementation I have my energy back and now that I am in a managing phase I have time to enjoy having my back realigned if I need it, I also have percussion done on my back as well as electric stimulation which helps re-educate the muscles and reset the spinal fluid. My husband would have paid it at the appointment, like every other appointment he had with them, or we would have paid it over the phone when we got a bill. Now, September 9th, 2019, we receive a bill from them for $60. 8 and a half years AFTER the bill supposedly went out!! They claimed it was turned over to collections and that they have no clue what happened after that but we have not received a single bill from them or a collection agency in eight and a half years! We have not had anything show up on our credit report either. Tina R. who must do their billing could not tell me the name of the Collection Agency that it went to or how, if it went to collections, they have the account back in their office. She did tell my husband that he could pay either her or the collection agency in a phone call a few minutes prior to me speaking with her. Tina was extremely rude for a woman wanting me to willingly pay a bill that was eight and a half years old that we have received nothing on in almost as many years! Beware past clients!
