He tried calling the number listed on their ZocDoc page and only reached an answering service -- no help at all. After all of that, Jordan/Jordyn called me and was immediately dismissive and accusatory, insisting there was "no way" any of that could have happened because they'd been sitting there the whole time. There was zero empathy or concern for a new patient's experience, just attitude. My husband and I were both planning to switch here after our previous primary moved out of state. After this interaction, I can confidently say it will NOT be with this office.

Since seeing him, my boss has only been in the hospital once. (due to a fast moving cold which is unavoidable.) He has also been around awhile and has very good recommendations for other specialists. So why 3 stars? The wait!! Today we showed up at 10:45 and saw the Doctor at 12! This has happened almost every time we come. We should have checked in and then gone for lunch and come back. I have also seen a large amount of pharmaceutical reps get face time with the doc while we are going on over an hour wait. I would think sales people should be last on the list. IDK. I really wish this whole issue would change because we were thinking about leaving him today but the nurse said to make appointments at 2PM instead. So one last try...... I really don't want to leave, he's excellent.

The ten minute call, however, was billed as a full visit. $128.19, and that's after insurance capped the $300 charge. Feels a little too predatory for my taste. Won't be going back.

Thanks to Dr. Davidson's thoroughness carefulness and expertise, my mom's colon cancer was discovered early enough for us to move forward with treatment right away. What truly stood out was not only his medical knowledge, but also the compassion and urgency he showed during one of the scariest times in our lives. He took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and make sure we never felt alone or rushed. His entire office and staff were equally amazing -- so kind, responsive, organized, and genuinely caring. Every phone call was returned quickly, appointments and referrals were handled efficiently, and they always made us feel supported. In a stressful situation where timing matters so much, their fast response and coordination meant everything to our family. You can truly tell that Dr. Davidson and his team care deeply about their patients. We will always be thankful for the care, attention, and urgency they showed my mom. I highly recommend this doctor and office to anyone looking for a GI doctor who is compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, and surrounded by an outstanding team. Coming from a nurse myself I know a good doctor when I see one and this doctor is the BEST! I found him on yelp based off his reviews and of course I did my own research and I was definitely not disappointed instead Im so happy and thankful to have found him and trusted him with my mom!!!!

My concerns started before the procedure when I was told the anesthesia was not typically covered by insurance and that I would need to pay $500 out of pocket. I later found out my insurance did cover it. His anesthesiologist just didn't take my insurance. While I should have verified this myself, I felt the information provided was inaccurate. After the procedure, Dr. Davidson called with my results and said everything looked good. I mentioned that I was still experiencing a sour, acidic feeling in my upper stomach, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. When I asked again, his response came across as irritated rather than helpful. I was also disappointed by the billing. I received a charge for an "office visit" for the brief five-minute results call. When I questioned it, I found it was coded as a complex office visit that typically lasts over 45 minutes, which did not seem appropriate. After I challenged the charge, it was removed. Although the procedure itself went well, the follow-up care, communication, and billing experience left me disappointed. I will not be returning.

He is a fabulous doctor and given my considerable perspective I wanted to finally share this review. Dr. Eshaghian has the perfect temperament for practicing medicine. He is a very attentive listener and observer. Having world-class knowledge in his field, he also possesses superior judgment in knowing when to intervene and when to simply keep an eye on things. His office always operates extremely effectively and professionally, I can't say enough good things about them either. And I can't count the times other doctors in the Cedars-Sinai system, without any prompting from me, have commented on what a first-rate doctor they believe Dr. Eshaghian is. I would recommend him without reservation to any patient seeking the highest level of care.

I contacted the office of a cardiologist who I had seen a few years ago and really liked to see if I could get an appointment. The office said that since it had been over three years since I had seen the doctor, I would be considered a new patient, and it would be a five month wait until I could get an appointment. What?!? I got in touch with my surgeon's office, and they referred me to Dr. Shervin Eshaghian at Beverly Hills Cardiology. Although the office is not close to where I live, I was desperate to find someone that could see me. I called the office on a Thursday afternoon and was helped by Amy. She was able to offer an appointment on Monday morning! I was very thankful that they would be able to fit me at such a last minute. The offices are located in Century City. The parking structure was very crowded, and I would recommend arriving at least 20 minutes ahead of an appointment to have time to park and get to the office. There is valet available and the valet attendants were very nice, and they worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The appointment went very well and everyone that I encountered was professional and great to work with. Evelyn A. took care of taking my vitals prior to seeing the doctor and she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Shortly after seeing her, Dr. Eshaghian started the exam. He learned about all the details of my upcoming surgery and was able to set me up with an echocardiogram on the spot. Chris conducted the echocardiogram and explained everything that was going on with the test. I have never had an echocardiographer provide so much information while having the test. When all was said and done, I was cleared for the surgery three days later. I was in the hospital for four nights. Each day, Dr. Eshaghian stopped by to check in on me, which I truly appreciated. He is very caring and going forward, I will gladly drive the extra distance to remain one of his patients.

Fast forward 12 years I ended up needing to see him as he is one of the few in the area who specialize in HRA. Our visit started with him telling me that he has good news for me and that I don't need an HRA procedure because of my age, even though I had an abnormal cytology. It was painfully obvious he hadn't taken time to review my chart or grab information as to why I was there. No usual questions for a history of present illness. He didn't know that I had a history of colon polyps and one that had been precancerous. I had to tell him all of this. While I was incorrect in associating HPV with sigmoid colon lesions, it doesn't negate why I had chosen to come to the clinic. My chief complaint was trying to RULE OUT neoplasia as a cause of anal bleeding. He then said his differential diagnosis for my anal bleeding was likely hemorrhoids. That's a pretty easy differential to rule out if he actually looked and did a physical exam. He didn't do anything besides talk to me the entire time. I'm super disappointed with my experience the other day and I hope this was a one off and not his usual way of handling a patient.
