Hello beautiful. It's been a long time since I've had good pizza. The flavor only deteriorates as you get further from NYC, but it seems this place is the exception. Came in around 5:15. Order was taken immediately for an XL pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Wait time was nominal, only about 12 minutes. There was a couple of tables eating in and almost a dozen orders waiting for the DoorDash drivers to pick them up. I took my order to go. The XL size is no joke. It was a full foot and a half across. A full 18". This is NOT a Domino's XL. I could barely get it through my RV door, and when I opened the box, I felt like I was back home in Brooklyn. I'm sure it's meant to feed a whole family, so it was cut into 12 pieces. Look, I'm a big boy who can usually eat a whole Domino's or Papa John's in one sitting, but after four slices, I admitted defeat. This thing is going to keep me happy for the next two days, easily. The crust was crunchy enough to stand up on its own without tearing up the roof of my mouth AND soft enough to fold in half, plentiful cheese with very little grease, and the Italian sausage brought back memories of a salumeria in Bay Ridge. I plan to stop by next week and order the Stromboli. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Cheap frozen chicken on cheap bread.

Poor ingredients. My co-worker and I came here and got a chicken parmigiana sub and an eggplant parmigiana. These were the saddest excuse for genuine Italian sandwiches. The bread is clearly bulk factory bread or some kind of supermarket bread. The chicken is basically like a chicken nugget. The whole thing was entirely inauthentic. The eggplant was this heavily breaded frozen junk with no flavor whatsoever. You don't use breaded eggplant in a sandwich! That's why it's between bread. Both of us are from the tri-state area downstate and have had authentic Italian. It is a major let down. And I've had their pizza two which is fought and flavorless. Don't think you're getting New York and Italian style anything here. It's Olive Garden quality at best. You can get a better quality sub from subway. That's sad.

Brownie explosion. It was warm and soft. I think it was dark chocolate sauce. Was pricey but my husband gives it a 10/10.

Sold me a burnt pizza with a smile. For the price of food these days, I would rather not pay for a burnt pizza.

Good crisp nice undercarriage, but a bit greasy. I would give it a 7.3 and eat there again.

Cash Only. We moved…read moreto Carthage this year, and from what I can tell we have two pizzerias here in town. The reviews were good enough, and we would have come sooner but we usually order earlier than 4:30. We finally gave them a call when our pizza day ran a bit late. We were taking the dog to the park, so we had plenty of time to wait. We called them right at 4:30 to place the order right as we were pulling into the park. The place wasn't a traditional restaurant layout. It seemed like it could have actually just been a house with a pizzeria incorporated into it. There's no parking lot, just what appears to be a personal driveway. We parked by the curb next to the building, figuring it was just a quick pickup anyway. There's no online presence and no menu pics, so we just kept it simple and got a large pepperoni. No wings or anything extra, just because we wanted to see what the options were first. We got there some time after 5:00 where we found out we found out they have a specific protocol for ordering. They said they don't even start cooking until 5:45 I think, and they usually take all the orders for the night up front before they start. Everyone we talked to was very friendly though, and since it was just a pizza they said they'd throw it in now for us. We had actually regretted not ordering wings, but they couldn't throw them on without a considerably longer wait time so we stuck with the pizza. We had our dog with us, so we walked around the block while we waited. When we got back to the car, the pizza was sitting in the passenger's seat, so we didn't have to go back in. The pizza itself was below average. It had homemade low effort pizza vibes. Like what you'd throw together after work with dough and sauce you bought from Aldi. There was nothing special about it, and it didn't have much taste. I think most of the reviews here raving about the pizza are from people who grew up eating it, so that's a whole different thing. I feel the same way about my hometown pizza place. I usually order at least twice before I leave a review, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Nothing egregious on their end, and I always recommend you try everywhere once and see what works for you. They've got nothing every other place doesn't have better, in better timing, and usually with online ordering.

suuuuuumbitch! this some damn good pizza and you already know damn well for a bunch of drunk ass…read moresoldiers in the E4 mafia living in the barracks slamming booze all night you dont have to be too special to please us. Its right on post too and I've even heard about them being decently quick to folks that live over on the airfield, but we ordered 9 big pies and then we just kept drinking. But I do remember checking the time and we completed the order at 21:05 and I ain't even shitting you the delivery guy was at the CQ desk at 22:09 and because we were just getting wasted in the barracks the time between the order and the pies showing up went super fast! the delivery fella was a swell guy and requested that we check our pizzas right in front of him so we did just that and every pie was exactly what we ordered. I can understand how sometimes they'll get a bad review but for cryin out loud they're the only pizza place on post and open as late as they are on the weekends and theres a TONS of assholes like us living in the barracks and lots of times thats damn near all we eat on the weekends.......well pizza AND copious amounts of alcohol. So you cant be too picky, like my mama used to say "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit" hahahahaha but anyway it can be hit or miss and I'm sure they dont have enough folks working there during the hours when they need to have them. So needless to say as a bunch of drunk ass barracks partying soldiers we were thoroughly impressed and happy with our pizza pies baby yeeeeeeeeeah!
