suuuuuumbitch! this some damn good pizza and you already know damn well for a bunch of drunk ass soldiers in the E4 mafia living in the barracks slamming booze all night you dont have to be too special to please us. Its right on post too and I've even heard about them being decently quick to folks that live over on the airfield, but we ordered 9 big pies and then we just kept drinking. But I do remember checking the time and we completed the order at 21:05 and I ain't even shitting you the delivery guy was at the CQ desk at 22:09 and because we were just getting wasted in the barracks the time between the order and the pies showing up went super fast! the delivery fella was a swell guy and requested that we check our pizzas right in front of him so we did just that and every pie was exactly what we ordered. I can understand how sometimes they'll get a bad review but for cryin out loud they're the only pizza place on post and open as late as they are on the weekends and theres a TONS of assholes like us living in the barracks and lots of times thats damn near all we eat on the weekends.......well pizza AND copious amounts of alcohol. So you cant be too picky, like my mama used to say "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit" hahahahaha but anyway it can be hit or miss and I'm sure they dont have enough folks working there during the hours when they need to have them. So needless to say as a bunch of drunk ass barracks partying soldiers we were thoroughly impressed and happy with our pizza pies baby yeeeeeeeeeah! read more

Dominos messed up our order and forgot to put sauce on our pizza. We called asking for a refund or another pizza and the manager said he put sauce on the pizza and we reaffirmed that there was no sauce on the pizza. The manager then proceeded to hang up on us. Please see picture for evidence of pizza not having sauce read more

This dominos has been fantastic. Food has always been delivered fast and food was always hot. The delivery drivers are fantastic as delivery and many are very kind. Spider is an absolute favorite, absolutely loves his job and the nicest person in the state. Overall this dominos is very good and the staff are leaps and bounds ahead of other locations. read more

I've never had a bad experience here except for at times having raw bacon on a sandwich/ pizza...the only thing I dislike or find odd is one of the delivery drivers here calls you before showing up and says some weird things. I'll answer an unknown number and be greeted with "do you know who this is?...is this the hungry man?" It's just a weird interaction. I think I'll start selecting contactless delivery. read more

It appears that they intentionally withhold orders, so they can mass deliver to one location all at once. On a busy night, you may wait hours until they decide they want to come to your building. I also called and was left on hold and forgotten when I tried to check my pizza status after an hour. I only ever pick this place because of limited choices on base. Ended up waiting 2 hours for my food. And then the delivery driver couldn't find my order of chicken and almost gave them to someone else. I had to do a "pretty sure that's the them bro" like three times. My coupon didn't work the way I thought it should, and I was trying to ask why (paid in cash so didn't check until he got there), and he told me he would find out why and call me back. So he took my receipt and never called me back, so I don't even have my proof of purchase now. My 3x6.99 deal orders came out to $38 and change I think. read more

The food is standard compared to any other Domino's. The issue is the customer service. I know staffing has been an issue in the food industry since COVID, but over 2 hours for a delivery? Some will say pick it up yourself. However, if that was a possibility for a lot of people, then they wouldn't use delivery. Once it left the store, it took 25 minutes for delivery. Fort Drum isn't that big. read more

0/0 called to place an order around 5 they said 30-40 minutes. Called back to see what's going on and they said my order was barely being made. 712 later my food arrives cold and we ate late dinner. I mean it's a Dominos pizza so it's definitely not the highest quality pizza in the entire world. I would say my experience here yesterday was average. The prices are all right for what you get. There are not many pizza options locally and many of them close early due to Covid. I would probably eat here again. I don't know that I would really recommend it to other people. It is what it is read more

So called to order delivery and was being helped by a young man who was consistently getting yelled at by a Manger while on the phone with me. This manager " Craig" got on the phone with me and was also rude with me. I recognized his voice as being the one yelling at the young man who answered my call. When I asked Craig why he yelled at the employee who was helping me , Craig straight up lied, said it was the GM and hung up on me. Don't recommend this place at all... read more

Such a joke. Ordered one pizza and one order of the bread bites for delivery at 2030, at 1730. The place called me to confirm the delivery time. Gtg. 2100 rolls around, so I call. 'Food is on its way and has already left.' Ok. Late, but I can deal. 2130. I call back. 'Food is on its way.' No. Just no. What is the problem? I ask. The answer, a new person gets on the phone and tries to LIE to me. Telling me they tried to deliver the food. I've literally been sitting by the door since 2020 to greet the delivery driver. I call him out for his BS, and his response is, 'I don't know. It's on its way.' I ask if anyone is in charge at the store, and he says, "Yes, but he's too busy to talk to customers." The person in charge. Is too busy. To talk to customers. I ask why. "He's making pizza for other orders that nobody else can do." Read that again. The guy in charge...is making pizza....for orders at a pizza place.....and nobody else can do it. This place is like everything remotely connected to AAFES. A joke. I was hoping the rumors were wrong - first time I've ordered here in two years because of their reputation - and unfortunately they were only proved right. Normally don't order delivery, because I prefer good pizza like Cam's or Piezannos(sp). But it was going to be a bit later and my kids aren't pizza snobs like I am. So I rolled the dice. Snake Eyes! This place sucks. read more

Always love dominos and Pizza Hut. I am currently waiting for my delivery.... from Fort Drum dominos. it has been 30 minutes. That is normal now a days... I"d wait 45 minutes then call and ask to make sure they have the correct information. I have worked as a delivery driver before in a busy area so I know how it is...Okay the total wait time for my delivery was 50 minutes,... good to know that. read more

After today Nov 30, 2018 I rate this place as the worst place to order pizza. This will be the second time it happened to us, we called ahead 30 minutes ahead of time to order the pizza. When I got there they couldn't find my order in the system. They trying to come up with excuses maybe I called the wrong number, asked me if I called order or did it online. It really is annoying too that I ask to speak to the manager and the respond he/ she is not available. Since in the military we are on duties and time is really valuable. I am a very patient person but this is out of control. It's so sad this place is on post and most of the customers are Soldiers. And they are not trying to help. read more

Some of the worst service ever! I ordered around 1045PM, never received my food. I've never been disappointed. They've always got a good deal. We've never had trouble with it being late or cold. Only problem I've ever had was ordering online, I always add a cup of marinara for whatever they charge and the first time I picked it up myself and didn't even check because Pizza Hut always sticks it in the box, so I just assumed it was in there. It wasn't. Next time I ordered it again and my husband went to pick it up. I forgot to tell him to check. It wasn't there again. Not a huge deal, I just get upset when I pay for it and never get it. Just a lesson learned. I'll know to ask from now on. read more

When I say I will never buy nor eat anything from here again. I'm from Michigan and I eat dominos all the time. I am visiting Fort Drum, NY and this is the second time having this locations pizza. The first time someone else brought and it tasted old like how a Little Caesars hot and ready pizza taste after it sits for a few hours in the warmer. Not sure if they having Little Caesars out her but that's what comes to mind. I ate one slice and assumed that my family member just took their time bringing it back. Didn't eat anymore because it tasted old. This was a month ago. Today I'm on my 3rd day of thanksgiving food and can't take it anymore. Decided I wanted some pizza. Rob the delivery guy was really nice and punctual so I gave him a $5 tip. I really had my mouth fixed for it this food. I open it and take a bite. The pizza was sooooo dry the crust had a certain reheated-in-the-oven type of texture. The cheese was not pulling in anyway. The cheese just sat there looking all dry. It reminded me of school lunch. I ordered 2 pizzas. Rob took my food str8 out of the hot sleeve so how could this food look and taste like this? One had extra cheese and the cheese on that one was stiff as hell too. I also ordered a chicken alfredo bread bowl and the crust was so tough, dark, and dry, that the garlic butter sauce that they put on it didn't couldn't soak in, in the least bit. It basically just rolled off. The alfredo sauce was soooo watery like straight up warm milk. I called and asked for the manager...waited on hold just a few seconds....Amanda came to the phone and said she was the manager. I explained that I did not want a refund or anything because I want her to understand how serious I am. She just seemed to not care and kept ensuring me it was fresh and made correctly. She basically was saying all the politically correct things to say in a clearly uninterested voice. Said she will check the oven and ensuring that her dough is the correct "proof". Then proceeded to try to explain what proof means as if I'm an idiot. I'm disappointed and disgusted. I just wanted a break from thanksgiving food and now I am just dumbfounded. This stuff is so nasty that it's NOT going in the fridge. It's going in the garbage. If you have decent taste buds, don't waste your money. Taste like those pizza kit fundraiser kids sell for school. yuck. $31.30 down the drain. read more

I give this place no stars, they refused to deliver us pizza bc we were not in their route and waited 2 hours and would not discount our meal. Probably the worst service and costliest pizza I've ever gotten. (The only reason I didn't cancel is because I am here for training and have not eaten all day and have no transportation, or else I would have). This spot needs to invest in a reliable staff read more

Joey Abbott (awesome employee)...professional, friendly, goes above and beyond. Blessing to Ft. Drum:)

If I could put zero stars, I would. I don't think we've ever ordered pizza that was so extremely greasy before. I've never seen my husband say he doesn't like the pizza. Very disappointed in the "quality" of the food they dropped off. My fault though, because I should have checked the pizza before the delivery guy walked away. Absolutely a waste of money. My advice! Check the pizza before they walk away! read more
