Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

I told him no problem, time is not a concern. He asks me to come in so He can take some measurements of my vehicle. I drove down to his shop and immediately he starts in with it being race season and he is backed up. Again I reassure him it's not a big deal and that I just want to go over what ideas we could come up with and get something going in regard to the job. I ask him why are his thoughts and inform him that I want something different and unique. He gives me several ideas..... that have been done a billion times before. Basically center stripe, drivers side stripe and passenger side stripe..... asks what I saw on the internet that I like. If I wanted something from the internet I would have brought in something and said I want this... I threw together an idea and said ok I want this. He tells me well call me in a few weeks because I am busy and it's race season... I asked if we can get an appointment on the books so I can get a rough idea of when. Nope, just call me in A few weeks.... so why happens then if a bunch of race season people come in wanting work... they get their work scheduled and I get pushed out? He even went to the point of trying to refer me to another guy. I did my research and thought I was going to a reputable company but I guess not. I guess if you have enough race season customers to throw away a $500-$1000 job you can do that. Good luck, wish you the best but won't be surprised if you don't get the best.

The guy i spoke with was the same guy who assured me on Wednesday that my package would be delivered within the 24 hours. I told him it was not my fault because i never would have paid $43 to send a package unless i had been assured it would be delivered within the 24 hours.
