The common complaints are shoddy careless work which results in more damages than repairs, inconsistent quality of service between visits, routine "mistakes", and so on. Why do they get the reviews that they do despite so many people who would rate them negatively? Casper just so happens to be a transient town in the center of Wyoming. When you're the only joint across town with the convenience of these hours, you'll be a godsend to those people who are spared the misfortune of repeated screw ups. That pretty much explains it. Just to briefly reiterate, do not go in with the expectations reflective of their seemingly stellar reputation. A little investigative work across other sites like Facebook will clue you in on how it really is. There is too much unacceptable, unprofessional and sub par pathetic conduct for their surface ratings to be justified. If you are going to be known as a local business that is mostly available every day if the week almost around the clock, you need to be at the top of your quality A game. A nothing less is indicative of catering to quantity (hence what I mentioned earlier) at the expense of quality. I am sure some people here actually try to do an upstanding job. I own a vintage vehicle with very low mileage and work hard to maintain it as best as I can. When I first purchased it, I went to another shop for a tune-up and fluid change, assuming the job was done properly. Little did I know, the fluid flush never happened. Thankfully, these guys caught the issue during a visit and showed me in person just how badly my coolant needed to be flushed.
