Wow! Called this business at 9:45 this Saturday morning to get an estimate on deep cleaning my 8x10 area rug which has been badly soiled by my dogs. They were at my door at 11:00. The rug was really bad as was the pad underneath. I didnt expect perfection due to the extent of urine damage but they NAILED it! I am beyond pleased and I know I will never use anyone else again. Professional, courteous, and detailed. Thank you!!! read more

When I first moved into the house, I didn't really have a chance to get the carpet professionally cleaned, so over the years the most walked on areas started to look really bad. I finally took vacay time to catch up on house duties, which included redecorating, and new furniture. But first, I needed to get this nasty carpet cleaned. Guadalupe (the scheduler) gave me a great package price for the bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. She even accommodated me on a short one day notice I had to get it done before my new furniture was delivered. Ivan came out (the cleaner) and did a walk through of the areas that needed cleaning. Nice guy, and it didn't even take him long to do all the bedrooms, or stairs. I think he was in and out less than an hour. The carpet looked great, I was really pleased. But, the next day when the carpet was just about dry, I noticed little spots that were missed, especially around the edges of the carpet, and some stains were still present, and obvious, but the carpet definitely looked better than before. I just wished he would have given me the opportunity to do a deeper clean once he noticed some stains weren't coming out. It was a gloomy day, and the lighting wasn't that great, so maybe he hadn't noticed some things. Anyway, I have absolutely no problems with calling them, and using their services again. Next time I'll just request a deeper cleaning. read more

We hired Lupe to steam clean our sectional couch and he did a wonderful job. The pricing was very reasonable because I had received some quotes that were twice the price. I also had him steam clean some of our area rugs. He was very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely be calling him again. read more

I am so happy with how my carpets came out. My 5 year old carpet has been given life again for a few more years now. I called last week and got an appointment yesterday. The guys are reliable and communication was great! I didn't except my carpets to come out as well as they did but they look brand new again. The best thing was how quick they were. Took less than an hour to do my whole living rooms and hallways. Outstanding job, great service and excellent value. I will definitely use them again and again and if anyone is thinking of hiring someone please try these first! Thanks guys! Very happy read more

I just move into a new house. The previous cleaning crew my landlord hired did a sloppy job and I wasn't quite happy with. Then I found Steampro to redo the carpet cleaning. They're SUPER professional and did an amazing job. My carpet looks like new and they even took out a tough stain that the previous cleaning crew claimed to be permanent. Also, they don't use harsh chemicals which is important to me. Highly recommend!! read more

These guys just left my house and I'm so happy with their service that it motivated me to leave a review immediately! First off, I don't think you can beat their prices. I received a single flat quote for two bedrooms, living room, and a hallway. They pre-sprayed and did some spot cleaning for stubborn spots. The quote price held! No extra for this or that. Secondly, the quality of the work is excellent! Because of the color of my carpet, I didn't realize how bad it had gotten. They now look great and I am beyond pleased! Lastly, I called on Tuesday, and I was able to schedule on Saturday first thing in the morning when it was most convenient for my family! Overall, great price, great quality, on my schedule! Can't beat that! read more

This review is a couple of weeks overdue - Professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy and definitely for the consumer. I hired Guadalupe to steam clean my 1 bedroom apartment and my Mom hired him to clean a 3 bedroom, den, and extra large area rug. It was on a short notice with no hassle. He was prompt and efficient. He moves some furniture pieces as well as vacuums prior. Very, very pleased. We have referred him to a few people now. I have concluded and confirmed that everything is always on a "wave". The new "wave" in carpet cleaning is who's going to charge the most, but not necessarily who's going to do a good job. I called 5 people before routing back to Guadalupe. They ranged from adding extra money on due to scents or pet stains/removers, or travel, they ranged in square footage, it was just too much! I'm in a 720sq foot 1 bedroom apartment that needed basic effective steam cleaning. Why the hell would I pay you the same amount as a 1500 sq foot home? Makes no sense. The space is already minimized by the furniture that may or may not be there. Just be fair and ethical my goodness! Stupidly I forgot to take pictures to post before putting the furniture back, but all of his pictures are true to exactly how it looks. AND if you are maintaining properly they'll still look good weeks later. Some others I've seen looks good initially and once it dries you will see the imperfections, unless you just have horrible carpet, that will not be the case. Thank you Guadalupe for being straight forward, being consistent, reputable, to the business and to the money! We plan to be regular customers! read more

Could not be any happier with the service provided by Steampro! We've worked with other carpet cleaning companies in the past who lacked professionalism and charged double the price, and their work could not even compare to the work of Steampro! They made our two-year old carpet full of pet stains look brand new in under an hour for a very reasonable price. They're our go-to guys for carpet cleaning now. Thank you Steampro! read more

Best carpet cleaning service I ever used. From the moment I reached out via Yelp message to the moment Lupe (the service provider) left my apartment, I knew I had chose the right company for the job. Lupe was punctual and super polite! I have a very temperamental Yorkie that likes to pee on the carpet if we leave her at home too long but with Lupe, my carpet never looked or smelled better! read more

Appreciated the last minute help. Lupe came with his guys and did a last minute, day of cleaning for two rooms including stairs. My carpet was dirty and my son loves to lay on the floor, he's had ice cream melted, bottles spilt, food stuck, anything you can think of. My room is kid friendly now. Thanks guys. read more

Our family room carpet was so VERY dirty.... We were thinking we should simply replace the dirty carpet with new, but thanks to Steampro - Lupe and Ivan - we won't be replacing the carpet - It looks great!!! These two worked extremely hard, and when I made some requests, they were happy to accommodate. They were extremely professional, and I will be hiring them again. They deserve 10 stars, and an A+++ rating! read more

Impressive service, reasonable pricing, easy appointment. I found Steampro on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning in my bedroom (1000 sq ft). Their price quote is the lowest ($65, vs $100 from competitors) and I was able to schedule an appointment in just 2 days. They did a thorough cleaning of my carpet which was quite dirty. Steampro is also very fast at communication through the app and over the phone. Would definitely work with them again in future. read more

I had a memory foam mattress with old stains that needed cleaning. The stains were so old and bad that they even told me upfront that it may not all come off. I was okay with that. After they did their cleaning I was shocked to see they were able to get all the stains out! Very impressive. read more

I recently acquired a reclining massage chair secondhand that had spent the last few years sitting outside. It was extremely, EXTREMELY dirty and I didn't feel like I could get it clean enough myself to be comfortable sitting in it. I contacted at least 8 other professional upholstery/carpet cleaning services in the area and they all told me they wouldn't be able to help me get this massage chair cleaned up. I finally emailed Steampro after finding the address in their Yelp answers and not only did they respond quickly, they quoted me $80 to clean the massage chair, which was super reasonable to me considering how nasty it was. They were easy to schedule with and called me the day of with their ETA. They wore shoe covers and kept their masks and were quick and efficient about the whole thing. After all was said and done, the massage chair looking like a completely different piece of furniture. I'm really pleased I decided to get it professionally cleaned, and very glad I asked Steampro to do it :) read more

Awesome job. They came and cleaned out years of dirt and stains in our old carpet and rugs. Totally recommend them.

I hired Lupe to do carpet and tile cleaning in my home. After the job, carpets looked awesome, tiles still looked dirty. I called Lupe. Instead of trying to avoid me or dilly dallying around, he came and cleaned the tiles again, at no cost. I then realized that the dirtiness is due to grout itself. I liked Lupe so I hired him to do carpet cleaning of one of my rental condos. The carpet was absolutely filthy with multiple stains. When he called me after the job, I was absolutely amazed at the results. I had resigned myself to the possibility that I would probably need to replace carpets before the unit can be rented again, but Lupe saved me thousands of dollars by having the existing carpets look clean enough for the condo to be rented. Lupe will be my go to guy for carpet cleaning from now on. read more

Excellent customer service, very professional and great price! The quote was the price, no attempt to upsell me. Lupe called me about 45 minutes early to let me know he's on his way for our 9am appt. Service is great. This is my 2nd time using their service ... both times they were on time and also done in a very efficient time. Very satisfied with the service and will always use in the future. Also price was very affordable for living room dining room and hallway read more

Top to bottom, this company did a fantastic job. We needed an end-of-tenancy carpet cleaning, and the carpets are not in good shape. Lupe was able to come out in 48 hours and made them look almost new, with no smelly deodorizers or toxic chemicals. He was friendly, professional, prompt and did a fantastic, quick job for a very good rate. It's also worth nothing that Lupe and his team are working during a pandemic, and supporting local, family-owned businesses right now is key. Finding a good carpet cleaner who won't try to rip you off or upsell ridiculous treatments you don't need is really hard. Lupe and his team are fantastic, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

We've had various companies do steam cleaning for us in the past, and Steampro is among the best if not the best. They exceeded our expectations. Lupe was quick to respond to my initial inquiry; scheduling was easy, and he arrived exactly on time for the appointment. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. I was concerned about odor and chemical smells (I'm very sensitive to fragrances), but there was no odor when the cleaning was done. All the dirty and soiled areas of our carpet, tiles, and sofa were gone after their work. Fair pricing and excellent to work with. read more
