Keeping in mind that they don't seem to have the technology to scan the bar code on a gift card, they just punch in the numbers. Obviously someone had punched this in wrong previously, but either he wasn't able to come to that conclusion or he just didn't give a shit. But he "would talk to his brother about it and give me a call the next week" Meanwhile, I spent $50 out of my own pocket since he wouldn't take the gift card. Crickets since then - and now they've lost my business forever. Amazing to think that a mom and pop place like that would be run by people who lack basic customer service skills

I'm almost 40, clearly 21, i understand guy is doing his job, it was an impulse stop as i was leaving wegmans. He had never helped me so i understand, a woman i had dealt with many times, i said maybe she remembers me and cab vouch. They're not missing out on much money but i will never be goijg back.

My usual liquor store is only taking phone orders right now, and wouldn't answer the phone, lol…read more So I went to check this one out. There was a huge line for Wegmans, so at first I was nervous and thought it was a line for the liquor store! Fortunately it wasn't, but they are only letting one person in at a time. The lines intersect, so I had to stand in the street. It was a little awkward, but they do have a phone number on the window to preorder, so you could do that and pick it up in the back. I was next in line, so I just waited. Inside, everything is blocked off, and they get whatever you want for you. The pricing was a little high. The vodka I got was about a dollar more than I usually pay. The Asti was $2 more! I wasn't about to stand in line at a different store, but that's not a price I would have paid regularly. They got my order really quickly, and I was in and out in like 3 minutes, so I really can't complain. Prices may have been higher due to what's going on.
