I've found the staff to be friendly. I do admit that there are times where the store is understaffed, but those are usually off-peak times. So depending on when you go, there may not necessarily be a person waiting for you at the photo station. It's the same employee staffing the check-out line and the photo station (and also potentially stocking the aisles). Even with the occasional staffing issue, the wait is usually not that long and back-up is usually called, leading to the opening of another register.

Perhaps I'm incorrect, but it's definitely one of the older/more original models. Great feel. Great experience. Staff is vey friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered I was greeted. Love the feel of this store... back to the roots. Parking lot is shared with the other stores in the plaza. Lots of spots available when I'm on this side of town it's a great place to stop. .
