I hope to remain Anonymous only because I have customers that are in the carpet cleaning business. I have always gone by the philosophy you should "dance with the man that took you to the party". My problem is I have three carpet cleaners that "take me to the party!"
Most recently I hired Steamers Carpet Cleaning to come clean the carpets at my home, my wife asked if he was going to do the living room furniture, so after Scott showed up to the house I asked if he had time to clean the furniture, he responded "yes Sir",
Almost 6 hours he spent on 4 rooms, a couch, loveseat, sitting chair and recliner. He left fans to dry the rooms overnight. The best part is my wife came home from work with her hands over her mouth saying " in 10 years this is the best, hands down, this carpet has looked, it looks like new!" Well there is damage to this 16 year old carpet that can never be cleaned away, but it looks great and there were stains and paint that he removed I thought would be there forever. I would go so far as to say he restored our carpet.
