Our experience began with this community after we had damage to the inside of our home due to a tropical storm. Pam was sent over to our home by our insurance agent to have the roof area covered to prevent further damage. When Pam arrives she begins to go into how her compass going to fix the damage. I thought to myself no one hired you yet. Then we went through the insurance process which I don't blame on the company. Insurance is a pain as it is. Once the insurance company came through and did their estimate I called Pam and hired Caremaster to do repairs. Pam looked at the estimate given by my insurance and said "this is not enough money!" "We need to get more money." Sorry Pam but I'm not committing insurance fraud for "you to get more money" Pam then said we needed to do mitigation. Which meant our walls had to be torn out and a ceiling portion had to be torn out. She assured me that "she never lost getting the money from insurance for the mitigation." Guess what Pam you did this time and charged us over $1600 when we fired care master. After the mitigation was done and their "project manager" Alex came out who by the way had no clue what he was doing nor how to answer any of our questions except for what was not included. We were told that work would begin shortly. To both my and my husbands surprise when we told Alex that the work we wanted was only the section they destroyed and no more as the insurance wasn't gonna pay for it all of a sudden it was as Pam said (yes I have the phone call recorded) "too small of a job for them and she would recommend a sub contractor." Wow!! I had a huge hole in my ceiling and wall made by this company and now they refuse to fix it. Talk about the worst customer service ever! So of course we weren't going to take advice nor a recommendation from Pam as she had lied to us on prior occasions so we hired our own contractor and had no problem getting what Caremaster destroyed repaired. Please do your research on this company look at yelp, google, and others and you will see that this company has done this on prior occasions as well. I definitely do not and will never recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Caremaster for taking advantage of a fully disabled veteran and for trying to defraud our insurance company.

Someone was able to quickly and accurately help us through the entire process with insurance and Brooks came back the day after the install to clean up any debris. Friendly, professional and quick. It's almost a shame I should never need a new roof with my 50-yr rates shingles!

We had to walk the house and note the unacceptable work, send pictures to the salesman and a crew showed up at our home at 7pm at night to "correct the issues". The issues that we were concerned about were in the contract. The salesman kept saying "you're getting a new roof" however this is a patched roof with new shingles. That is in the contract, but the representation is skewed and he claimed we were getting something we were not. The salesman said they don't get paid until the job is done and you are satisfied, however he wanted full payment whether we were satisfied with the work or not. He was very condescending and insulting. My advice, skip this middle man that represents Roofing Solutions, and find a contractor yourself.

The electrical is average with a B-. There are a couple mystery plugs and the light fixture over the kitchen sink is not positioned properly. The plumbing work is not good quailty. We found a shower drain cap not installed properly after using the shower several times the shower waste water ran from underneath the unit. The rain shower froze over the winter. The seal for one toilet leaked septic fumes in the house. Plumbing work is C- at best. The gutter work is C- because several runs were not nailed properly, and most of the joints leaked because not sealed. Lot grading is grade B because some areas water stands excessively
