I am and have been a subcontractor of this company for several years. Ms Wanda has always treated me well. She has paid her subcontractors for weeks on end before the property managers paid her. She dont tell you that and people don't think about that. She has always been upfront about pay and what is expected of you. She has a strict contact due to the idiots that have worked years before. Each year more restrictions are made to more idiots surfacing every year. Common sense is not common anymore. Subcontractors read the contract and say they understand it but still want to break 4 or more rules that breaks the contract. Not only do u loose your job but you forfeit your last check. I like my work. I like my money that I work for. I follow the rules. Some of these big jobs you wait longer for your pay. You sign a contract saying u understand this, but they do not. Some of these people act like waiting on this pay caused them to be homeless. Let me ask u a question. What did u work at before this 2 or 3 week job started???? What job did you work at after this job ended???? Seems to me you not working before or after caused you these problems. Not waiting on a 10 to 21 day job to pay. What about the other 49 weeks in the year??? Did u work then??? See what I mean... No common sense, idiots, blaming everyone else because they can't work and pay their own bills. Smh Waiting on someone else to it for them. read more

I am a subcontractor under Wanda's PC Services. In regards to the other 2 reviews. She does not have employees. It is subcontractors. She treats her subcontractors very well if u act professional. No one gets special attention. We r all treated equal. I'm sorry that some subcontractors do not know how to read or follow instructions on their contract. When u r let go you do not get special attention. You do not get paid before anyone else. A subcontractor gets paid when the contractor gets paid. Some subcontractors under this company have been fortunate to get paid when Ms Wanda hasn't been for months, but the ones that complain will not tell u that part. They will also not tell u they don't know how a bank works or that they cannot follow instructions. They surely will not tell u that they understand the contract they signed because they just broke about 6 rules that can forfeit their last check. I'm sorry that the ones that complain have done fell and bumped thir head because they do not know what they r talking about. More of Ms Wanda's subcontractors need to leave thir good review. read more

I had an excellent experience with Ideal Home Contractors, and I don't say that lightly…read more From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were top-tier. They handled my wall-mounted TV and electric fireplace installation with precision and care--clean lines, perfectly centered, and securely mounted. Everything looks polished, modern, and exactly how I envisioned it. What stood out most was their work ethic and respect for my home. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked efficiently without rushing. You can tell they take pride in what they do--this wasn't "just another job," it was intentional, quality work. They also made sure everything was level, safe, and functioning properly before wrapping up, and they left the space neat and clean. No mess. No guesswork. No stress. If you're looking for contractors who are reliable, skilled, and actually deliver what they promise, Ideal Home Contractors is it. Forrest Came out to give us an estimate which was very detailed, as well as itemized per project as…read morewe requested of him. We didn't know if we could afford everything (based off 1st quote we received) we wanted done to our new home but once we received his quote it surprised us to find out we could go ahead with all the work we wanted to get completed. We did receive one more quote we had scheduled the following day of his that was even higher than the 1st (Forrests quote was a few thousand less). So next We scheduled a date for Forrest to start the projects and he arrived as he should as I will be honest he was 30 minutes late the first day which wasn't a big deal to us as he let us know beforehand he was running a tad late. He did some demo work and hauled off the old materials at the end of that day. he then showed up 30 minutes early the following morning with all the material in tow to complete the projects we wanted to have done (Bathroom remodel including new flooring, replace bath tub with custom tile stand up shower, new double vanity install, add a small linen closet, new toilet, new paint and wainscoting with chair rail molding, added receptacle and 2nd matching vanity light, new fan/light combo, new double mirrors, removal of popcorn ceiling, paint ceiling and add crown molding. He did an excellent job on the bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the work he completed. it's been 6 months or so since the project was done and we are yet to have an issue. If we did I'm confident he would come and fix the issue with no questions asked as we have now formed a pretty solid relationship with him and his family. The other projects were painting the kitchen, putting down new LVP flooring, installed a new butcher block countertop as well as a new sink, new kitchen trim, painting kitchen cabinets (he was very meticulous about as he took some time prepping them but as the process went on and research I did realized that the biggest step when doing detailed painting), sanding and staining a kitchen table, new steps on our deck (corner steps running the length of the deck both ways), putting down a covered 15' x 20' paver patio area with a A frame roof shelter with matching metal roof to our house as well as a 4 receptacles on each corner post/string lights surrounding and a dimmable set of remote LED outdoor lights, a paver walkway from deck to patio area, 2 floodlights on rear corners of house, new window above kitchen sink, a new fold down ladder attic access door, as well as a few other odds and ends (painting a few shutter, fixing a garage door, added a attic fan on a thermostat which has worked wonders keeping it cooler in here, and a few other small tasks). He had proper permits taken out and is very knowledgeable in what he does. All I can say is we are thankful we met him and will have him do any work we have in the future no questions asked. I trust him as a person and his quality of work as we had an inspector look over everything that was done and only caught one small thing. he told us the work was done very well and done correctly to the proper code required. He is a good human and has a big heart. I wasn't gonna comment on this post until I saw 3 stars and read the negative comment he received based on not showing up to a job. I would assume he had a good reason to not do so as from what ive learned of Forrest isn't in his character. I can say from experience his work is top tier and he is a pleasant person to be around.
