The issues that we were concerned about were in the contract. The salesman kept saying "you're getting a new roof" however this is a patched roof with new shingles. That is in the contract, but the representation is skewed and he claimed we were getting something we were not. The salesman said they don't get paid until the job is done and you are satisfied, however he wanted full payment whether we were satisfied with the work or not. He was very condescending and insulting. My advice, skip this middle man that represents Roofing Solutions, and find a contractor yourself.
