And I dont think the tile washing was worth it at all. I've cleaned the floor better myself without the tools the fellas brought. And my grout looks like it was hardly touched. Bad: Price - While their pricing was only slightly more than other companies I researched, this was not worth it. It was beyond petty that I was charged for a second room because of a small landing from my kitchen. His crew showed up did it again and it became so bad I had to purchase rugs just so it did not look so bad. I texted him to let him know and he promised me a full refund. Never got any money back nor ever hear from this fly by night company. If you want your rugs to look like this than hire them otherwise hire a Reputable company.
