Several pieces of the chicken weren't really chicken - they were just chunks of breading. Besides the quality of the food, the preparation was also bad. The chicken wrap mix was absolutely burned to a crisp. I don't know how a cook would even consider serving something like this. It was black. This was carryout. I ordered at the register so I left the restaurant with food that didn't sit on a warmer. Our food was on our table within 15 minutes. Since carryout is an important part of PF Chang's business, there is absolutely no excuse for the food to deteriorate this quickly. I have little doubt that our food would have been equally as bad if we'd dined in the restaurant. Though we used to eat here often, both inside and carryout, we haven't visited in the last year.
