I was excited to try Steak abd Shake again. Saw them today o Fox & Friends talkingabout all the food quality changes they have made. After wating 19 minutes for a hamburger, the taste of the food is still mediocre. read more

Steak ’n Shake - Reeses Shake and single patty bacon burger. - Fast Food Near Me - Newnan, Georgia

I have always like Steak 'n shake and when I'm close I would stop in and have lunch. But not any more. I was disappointed in the whole restaurant. No customer service at all. The menu has nothing of value to me, it was just plain boring burgers. I would rather stand in line at Mcdonald's than come back. The food is better there right now compared to what Steak 'n shake was trying to push. Sorry, but again I will not be back. read more

Felt like a racist environment eating there I didn't feel like my food was safe. Very weird experience had my wife and kid there. Won't ever eat at this steak and shake again. read more

The food is absolutely incredible, but the moment that broom comes out, it's over. Clear the area. Evacuate immediately. I wouldn't wish that smell on my worst enemy. That broom is a biological hazard, straight-up toxic waste, and I genuinely feel for the poor employee forced to use it. That's not a job--that's torture. read more

Absolutely awful. No customer service. No tea. No ketchup. Counters sticky. No way I'm coming back.

This is the first time I have been to a Steak and Shake in years. NOT Impressed ! It is not what it used to be to be. No longer a restaurant There was no service. We had to order at a kiosk and then pick up your order at the counter. Food was not as good as what I remember. Burger was not as good as a Wendy's and cost more. Totally disappointed at where Steak and Shake has evolved. read more

Steak ’n Shake - Oh my I love this place now !! They have kiosk and man are they ever helpful!! U can make your cheeseburger how u like it!! - Fast Food Near Me - Newnan, Georgia

This Steak 'n Shake is located on 34/Bullsboro Drive past the Walmart and near the old theater and bowling alley. This SnS has been a fixture in Newnan for years and I have visited too many times to count! My visits currently are always with my Nephew, as this is our late evening spot for a burger and shake. While this location is located on a nice corner lot, entry and exit, as well as parking can be a nightmare when it gets busy...which is often! The drive thru wraps around the building and stays full, which also blocks the front parking spots...so park around the perimeter of the lot! Service is always hit and miss here. While it isn't always perfect, one thing that always is...is slow. So, be prepared to hang out for a little bit! I have never had terrible service here, but it does usually leave something to be desired, but given how busy they stay, we always remain patient and let them do their thing. Food wise, I have never had an issue. I am loyalist at Steak 'n Shake, so over the last 20 years of visiting, I have gotten the Frisco Melt platter with fries and a cup of chili...every single time! And it has remained delicious and pure perfection throughout those years. I am the same on the milkshake front with the Cookies and Cream coming in clutch every time! Overall, this is a solid and consistent location for the chain that is still a staple for the family, especially when we have anything to celebrate, because milkshakes make everything sweeter! read more

Oh, I miss the steak 'n Shake shakes. This is one of the best shakes you can ever get. Thank you so much.

Great experience! Food was good and service exceptional! Rihanna was so kind and helpful to so many people coming in. She was very helpful to those unsure how to use the kiosks, she did it all with a smile on her face! read more

So first things first, the burgers are very good and *decently* priced for what you get. Never been a huge fan of their fries as they are tasteless, dry and unsalted. However, I come for the steakburgers and shakes so my review is mostly based around those two items. Their shakes are fantastic, only complaint is that it's a gamble on whether: -The shakes are mixed throughly. -The shakes are filled to the fill line, hate when it isn't, because I'm not getting what I paid for. -The shakes are the right consistency, a LOT of times we've ordered shakes and they were literally just flavored milk, that's how wet they were. So when it's done just right, it's a pleasure to go there. The burgers are great and I've never had a complaint about them, I just wisu that on the app they had an option to put in EXTRA pickles or at least notes, because their pickles are amazing! It's nice to go there for a semi-cheap date with my husband. Overall, great food, just wish there was more consistency in the shakes. read more

Probably the single worst hamburger I've ever had in my life. First you have to be your own server here and go to the kiosk and order and then they asked for a tip.! my tip is this save your money don't go to steak and shake. I used to love steak and shake, the chili was the best, this time it tasted like it used extremely fatty meat and it was greasy as hell. I paid $$2.00 for 2 small pieces of raw bacon. All In all I would rather eat a mud pie than this restaurant ever again read more

Service, what service. I had to go to the kiosk to order my food and was given a barcode to get my drink and it did not even fill my drink all the way up. What happened to having someone come out and take your order. Obviously it has been awhile since I have been to a Steak n Shake and will not be coming back. The food was good but does not make up for the no service. read more

The burger patty was cold ,the meat was unseasoned, my fries were unseasoned,my fries were very stale.worst burger I have ever had

I really like the new self service system at this location. The staff is super friendly and attentive and the food is great and quick. Tanyia was the hostess in the dining room today and she was very friendly and attentive to all the guest. I have avoided this location in the past due to poor service but I will now be back. Great job!! read more

Not visiting anymore. Another kiosk turned joint. No more waiters or waitresses. It's like McDonald's.

What's up with that boojie straw. There's no sucking power. I drove off without my shake so I went back and waited 20 minutes to get what I forgot. The shake came in a small coffee cup! Maybe the straw is deliberately dysfunctional because if it worked it would have only taken two sucks to finish it. Frisco burger was ok. read more

I in that things are not the same right now. But when we went through the drive thru, we encountered several issues. The line was not long and was moving pretty quickly. We ordered 3 meals. We got our one soft drink, which was flat and our two milkshakes. No straws were in our bags. We had also asked for honey mustard for the chicken strips. We received no sauce. Also, the shakes were completely melted as if they were made as soon as we ordered them, with 5 cars in front of us. We got back in line and went to the order box. They said we could just drive to the front. We did and they brought the straws and sauce out after about 5 minutes. Of course we will return to this location. It's the closest. read more

The reason to choose this place is because you want to: 1. Get a delicious, brain-freezing milk shake 2. Eat a "steak burger" and skinny fries 3. Use the coupons that you keep receiving ...and subsequently get the "itis" and pass out for a few hours. I chose to embark on a food adventure known as a "Chili Mac Supreme with a side salad" and barely made it through the rest of my work day, but that was a conscious choice I made, as a grown adult. The food here is just as it is in any other Steak n Shake establishment. Seriously though: The staff has always been friendly and welcoming The place is clean This restaurant provides free decent WiFi which was much appreciated I've been here a million times, but never thought to review it until I noticed it's Yelp stats. read more

This is ridiculous. Absolute CRAP compared to how it used to be. Food and service and everything is different. AWFUL!!!!

Always amazing!!!! Best burgers for the price. The service is always good night or day, the shakes are yummy and they are the only place I know who has kid size milkshakes . You can get a yummy meal drink, fries and burger for under $6 totally can't beat it. I really always love the service here and the staff are always friendly it's like the Chick-fil-A of burger places lol. Check it out promise you won't want to spend the extra money at five guys when you can get just as good of a burger here. read more

Disgusting. Wanted some chili so got on door dash. "5way chili" was listed. Looked good so I ordered it. When it arrived I got a disgusting plate of nasty pasta with some sauce on it. I ordered chili, not disgusting pasta. Would have been nice to know pasta was on menu. Thank you steak and shake for false advertising, disgusting slop and stealing my money read more

Great food and service. Drive through is quick and to the point. Nice size burgers and great small fries there nice and crispy.

The Steakburger was excellent as always and the staff is super friendly. It was my six year old birthday and the manager on duty song happy birthday to her which made her. They made me and my family feel at home will definitely come back when I am travelling again. read more

As always steak and shake never lets me down on garbage service. It's 5:15 not very busy but I got here at 5:00 and no drinks no service. If my children didn't love it and eat it well I wouldn't be here. It's earned a 2 star for the food that I did eat but service needs help. read more

Slowest service doesn't begin to describe it. Waited 10 mins and the hostess still wouldn't have acknowledged us had I not fitted her attention. Same thing at the table. 10 mins and finally grabbed a server and she said "I'll find out who..." then another 5 mins later one showed up. Poor couple standing behind me have been there 15 mins and my wife is watching a plate of food that has been in the pickup window for over 15 mins untouched. Don't bother coming here. I would assume if we were the only ones here they still wouldn't acknowledge us.... read more

Just got here the place wasn't busy at all and I had to wait literally 5 mins to be seated. When I finally got seated by the manager she gave me breakfast menu at Noon. The waiter finally came I asked for lunch menus and they brought me one menu for two people. The people seated behind me got there food but sent it back for some reason and told the lady to take it off there order all together. The couple that showed up after us like way after us got their food well before me, I didn't order anything crazy just a burger/fry/shake. It took them 15 mins just to get my shake and about 20mins to get my order read more

Burgers were delicious! I love their touch screen ordering it's faster than dealing with a cashier. Great dining experience!

This place is cheap and so delicious. The service is usually fine, only ever had one poor experience out of the countless times I've been. Definitely a step up from your typical fast food burger and the shakes are some of the best in town. I've got a family of 5 and this place fills em up on a budget. read more
