I've visited this location several times. This has been the worst time and we probably won't be going back. We had NO silverware or napkins, and no ketchup on the table. We asked our waiter twice for these items, the manager once, and the person that delivered our food once. We finally received these items about 5 minutes after receiving our food. We also did not received cheese sauce that we ordered and had to ask for that. We also had to ask for a milkshake twice after ordering it and finally received it after 2 of the 4 people in our party were completely finished eating. What I got was two plain single steakburgers. Nothing on either of them. I paid for a double, and got a naked single. This restaurant does not accept money/cash/change. ONLY credit cards and they do not touch it. You get your own beverage. Horrible service compared to the one in Locust Grove. I give at least 1 star for the courteousy and well mannered staff. However this is the only thing pleasant about this place. This was my first time going and most definitely will be my last. In a nut shell, everyone is forced to go thru the drive thru line, even if order placed on web. There's no curbside pickup. Then having to wait over 55 minutes for the food to be ready, the food is not prepared and ready when finally arrived to the pickup window. Moreover, the food is sealed in a bag. Just when I pulled off I realized they got the order wrong. They wouldn't answer the phone when trying to reach them. I ordered the guacamole double and was disappointed to see the lack of guac in the burger. That was my only reason for getting it and it was so terribly little I couldn't even really taste it. I was also disappointed that the cheese wasn't even in the slightest melted. I also ordered a kit Kat shake which was really good except how difficult it was to actually drink. It wasn't well blended. I also had a Sprite that had some debris. My server was not on the friendly side and she only came twice to our table, once to take our order and next to drop off our food. Another reason for my low stars was the fact that our food took so long that tables that came after us not only got their food but ate and left before we even got our food. Horrible drive thru service! You literally might have to wait 20-30 minutes before getting to the speaker to order. A lot of people were leaving because of the long wait time. Used to be able to count on this location for a tasty, juicy burger but what we received today was pitiful. The bun was old & dried out. The meat patty dry and not even warm enough to begin softening the cheese slice - must have been precooked hours before as it was not fresh. Asked for everything on it - only received pickle, onion slice & tiny bit of ketchup (no lettuce, tomato, mustard, or mayo???). This is my fourth time patronizing this establishment and each time I can honestly say I have NOT encountered an unpleasant experience at all! My servers has been attentive, food arrives to the tables hot and the Cashier is always very hospitable. My husband and I use of doctor appointments at Southwood Kasier as an excuse for a shake or salad. Moreover, I was very impressed with the staff, especially the integrity of our waitress when he left his phone there and didn't realize it until we were shopping in Macy's in the mall. I'm a foodie from California and if an establishment is good it needs to be recognized, as well as poor service and poor quality of food needs corrective criticism. I'd like to start with the positive. The shake I had was pretty good. I have had better, but in all fairness, it was at an ice cream parlor that makes their own ice cream(Braum's). My family was pretty dissappointed on this visit. we have been here twice before, for shakes, but my fiancee ate here before and got bad service then too. I got a triple burger with nothing but mustard on it, not lettuce pickles or anything. the fries chilled as i ate them, which was quickly, and the burger was not well seasoned. I've been eating here for well over 3-4 years. After a good nigh out or just simply wants to hang about, we often chose this place as a sit down and chill place. Meal under 4$ yikes, gotta love it. The waitress here, well they are an odd crowd, but are so sweet to us. They often gave us extra milk shakes, root beer floats, and food! If it's their fault in the order, they simply make a new order for you. As for the food......its 4$ a meal, and the shakes are delicious. I wouldnt try their Chicago hot dog though, it sucks. We've tried to go through the late night drive thru here four different times. Each time we gave up after about 25/30 minutes not even making it to the screen to order. The only time we made it to the screen they never initiated an order. We gave up and just drove to the window where the lady very begrudgingly gave us a shake that we'd been trying to order. There were fries scattered over a large area of the floor in the cook area, along with other debris, open face buns were placed on top of a small cardboard- box, as the person on the grilled struggled to grill burgers...a package of cheese was open on the counter next to the grill and the edges had hardened..YES..I could see this from where I stood. Someone's large black purse was sitting on the counter and its content were spread out on the counter with other things that should have not been in that area. The dining area of this restaurant is closed off with a wall- that leaves only the grill area open upfront. Guys COVID -19 is real! I used to frequent Wisconsin's Steak n Shake back in collage days and I try to visit whenever I visit a city that has them. We only had time to grab a milkshake from the drive thru this time, but it was still a great shake (very strawberry, complete with whipped cream and a cherry).
