    Bag was ripped and Soggy.

Slowest service ever experienced. I got to steak and shake and already I have had enough time to lose my patience and write an entire review. Before getting to this moment, I have 29 minutes and moved 1 spot in the drive through. Slowest service ever and I don't know if this food, let alone any food, could make up for this. Only reason im waiting is because I have 4 people in the car. All of who have lost their patience as well. about 10 minutes later: Just got handed the wrong food. The man at the window took back the food and came back a couple minutes later with different food. All of our shakes were made wrong and we were also missing one. We went back through to go say we were missing a shake, and there is a person standing in the drive through.

This was by far the worst food we've had in a long time. We ordered delivery. The food was very fast--but disgusting. It's like they didn't cook the sandwich or the fries. They forgot all the cheese we requested with out order. The sandwich was soggy and undercooked. The fries were super greasy, soggy & cold; same for the onion rings. My husband had to go back to the restaurant to get our cheese sauce we paid extra for + get fresh food. This was awful and we won't be back.

Waited in line for 34 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. I am patient, so again, we waited. FINALLY got our food, pulled away, and ended up having to spend 10 more minutes in line because our order was wrong. Turns out, if you want vegetables on your burger, you have to order it separately even though it is shown with it. Service also was horrible. Will never return here again. Ever.

I am an avid fan of SNS, not my best experience this morning. Finally convinced my wife (not a fan) to hit the shake up for breakfast. Our server was certainly new but really did a great job. The issue was the pancakes. Not the pancakes specifically but the hair carefully baked within the folds of a silver stack. Yum. The manager wisked away the follicle filled funnel cakes and crossed them off the bill. Thank you. She did offer to replace them which was the farthest thing from my wife's mind. Especially after the rather audible debate as to whose hair was the pancake perpetrator. Not really something the customer wants to hear nor cares about the origin. 2 stars because my skillet was just fine and let's face it, hair happens, let's just work on our response to this issue.

At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

Very well staffed and once a table was free they were busting it and setting up the next group. (Has been told a 30-45 min wait so it was on the lower end of the time given- which you can appreciate that). All that to say this place has TVs for Any and all watch parties for sporting events but also a quieter side if you're focused on company and dinner. Our server was in tune to our needs and stopped by enough even with how busy. And the food is amazing! It's why people stop in for great flavor and big portions at a decent value. We started with the cheesy bread sticks because it's just one of the best shareable appetizers that even our kids love: ranch or marinara dipped you can go wrong! My wifes shrimp fettuccini pasta was so delicious , the in house sauce was so rich and creamy. My chicken parmigiana was also tasty with a mix of flavors that came together. Our kids meals were also decent size. We left we leftovers for another meal. Highly recommend and there's so much to explore on the great menu too.

We arrived right at 5 pm on a Friday and the place was almost full already! We were surprised but happy for them, and glad to get a nice cozy two-top in a back corner. We were greeted by our awesome server and ordered some food -- two different mortadella sandwiches and an order of fried pickles to start. Neither of us ordered drinks, but I saw some fun-looking cocktails coming over to nearby tables. The fried pickles came out first and they were perfection. I don't usually get this appetizer because I don't like fried pickle spears, but these were thin chips. The ratio of the fried pickle chip vs. spear is way better. And these came with the best runny ranch. It was a huge portion to split between the two of us, so we had lots left over. Our sandwiches came out shortly after and looked amazing. They were super stacked with tons of meat! I really liked the addition of the grainy mustard which helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. My friend liked hers - it had pistachio butter and ricotta (similar to a delicious sandwich I ate at a wine bar in Detroit). Portions are large and it's a cozy, neighborhood spot. They have rotating food features and are always helping out their community with free meals and other philanthropic ventures. Check them out!

We were seated quickly, the interior was nicely decorated with Mardi Gras beads. It took a while for our server to come to greet us and eventually bring our drinks. I enjoyed the variety of drink offerings! I was torn between a few items and asked the servers recommendation. I ended up choosing a Korean chicken bowl. The flavors were okay but for almost $20 felt a bit lackluster. Our friends told us the burgers are a must try so maybe in the future that would be what I try instead. Our server seldom came to our table, we had to flag her down to order more drinks and even then she forgot and we had to remind her we placed another drink order. The restaurant was not very busy and we could see her chatting with a table that seemed like employees or family members of employees as people were coming in and out of the kitchen to sit at the table. We had a table of four (two couples) and the server would not split our bill which was fine but a bit inconveniencing. I appreciate local, family owned businesses but felt that our experience was a bit off on this night. I love the mission of Two Guys and their community engagement so I will likely try them again, it could've just been a rough night.

To start with the positives: parking was easy and the restaurant itself is beautiful. We were a party of five with a reservation and were seated promptly. Since it was our first visit, we let our server know we needed a few minutes to review the menu. However, she didn't offer any suggestions or highlight popular dishes. When we asked about a specific appetizer, her only comment was: "Yeah, some people order it and it's pretty big." We kept our order simple--no alcohol, no substitutions, and we made it clear how we wanted to split the checks. Despite that, service throughout the meal was lacking. No one offered refills, and we had to flag down the server twice just to get hot sauce. We ordered items like the Turkey Club, a Burger, a quesadilla, French dip and a pasta dish. We also splurged and ordered a few appetizers. Our only dislike was the quesadilla. It was hard, bland and no toppings offered for the price you pay. Everything else tasted great. Given the beautiful setting, I had hoped for a more polished and attentive dining experience, especially for a birthday dinner. The fact that our server didn't even acknowledge the birthday celebration felt a little disconnected. Although it's not required of course but it would have been nice.
