They actually seperated from this Dr but failed to state in the letter that the original owner of that practice was still going to be in that location. Keep in mind that they only joined their practices for a period of 8 months or less I believe, but I have been a patient with the original Dr for several years. The awful part was that in the letter, they made it sound like this office would no longer be in existence. Then they stole all of the original Dr's patient records when they split and made her patient's go through the extra step of signing their paperwork to get ownership of their records back. The only experience I had with these people was with Dr Taylor when I was seen at her office for an ultrasound only. Afterwards, they sat me in a room and Dr. Taylor told me I had a sub-chorionic bleed. I asked her what that meant and if I needed to go on bedrest, she flat out told me she wasn't my Dr so she couldn't tell me anything! Seriously??? So back then she could admit she wasn't my physician, but now she wants to own my medical records, really?? They must be very desperate for patients. Very shady practice!

The offices has in office services such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and screenings. It's a huge network and a great asset to the community. From annual well women visits, pregnancy care, and menopausal care, they are a one stop shop. As a human and woman, it is my due diligence to take care of my health, for obvious reasons. I like to be proactive versus reactive. I called to book my annual visit and the next available appointment they had was 3 months out. This seems to be a common occurrence with getting appointments at doctor's offices here in CT. They will send you a link a few days prior to your appointment to fill out all your data and pay the copay. I did that and a day before the appointment, my appointment was cancelled because the doctor had to take the day off, last minute. I understand stuff happens so I called the office to reschedule. They had an appointment for me within the next two weeks but I needed a specific day due to childcare, that was another 2 months out. The day of the appointment came, the building was easy to find and parking was plentiful. The check in was quick and easy and everyone was friendly. The medical assistant took my vitals and etc. My provider was Kathleen Miller, MSN, APRN, C-EFM. She was very friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and thorough. There is an online portal to see your data and results after the appointment. Mammograms can also be done in the same office. Overall, aside from some minor scheduling issues, I really like this practice and feel comfortable going back for my annual visits.

They did urine test in the office and told me i was not pregnant. they also asked to get a blood test done just in case. I did. The lady who did my blood test told me that i can get the result next day. I was waiting for the call from Dr's office next day. nobody called. i could not wait any more and called the lab at 4.30 PM. they told me they sent the result to Dr's in the morning and the Dr did not authorize the lab to give me the result. i then called Dr's office, they said the Dr will call me by end of the day. i was eagerly waiting for the call. they called around 5 and told me that Dr is too busy to give me the result. they said they will call me next day. it is noon now and they did not call me yet. how long would it take to call and say yes or no. If they are that busy and do not have a minute to call their patients i think they don't care for their patients emotions. i was so stressed these three days.
