They sent out an electrician who replaced the upstream GFCI outlet, a quick job at a fair price ($140). I just wanted someone to fix the outlets. I would highly recommend Carroll's if you want an actual electrician to come and fix your problem rather than a sales person.

A couple things that truly made for a convenient and professional experience. 1) Communication - I needed to correspond with the company all through phone or email because I don't live at the residence and my folks dont speak English well enough to speak with those who came out. In a market where pricing among electrical contractors are relatively similar, the customer service experience provided by these guys guaranteed that if I need electrical work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call them back.
